Secret to making Great Lamb

I love lamb, but we don't eat it in the US as much as other meats. Some people say they don't like it's distinctive taste. I think that's because they have a good lamb. Marinate it in my recipe and follow these steps for a great lamb. Bonus, no oven for hot Summer nights.
I use a Lodge iron pan for this and most everything on the stove.
They are only bout 20 bucks and will last you many, many years.
