I was thinking to put this ML165 old woofer with Hertz Hv130 old model and steg st650tw for 3 way front speaker, and hertz hcx130 old series for center and hertz or hcx130 or hcx570/690 for back speaker in hatshelf. Is a good idea? Any advice?
Daniel Caschetto this specific model is the best set they ever produced, if you have a choice to get them go and get them, before they stoped production was many fakes, but it was easy to recognize, the genuine was hard carton with grey color internal packaging , the fake is white color internal, and bad quality carton, it will work fine with ST tweeter, thanks
Hello my friend again. I was ready to put the Hsk 165.4 XL but I am confused now between the MLK 165.3 I will combine them with MP70.3 and play them active. What is your opinion? in power louder quality .. the difference in price is a minimum of 30 €
chemmu1001 yes have in stock, but if you search deep bass and super detail sound quality then you should go with STEG ST650C(better then mlk165), good coaxial 6.5 is STEG SQ650,
I would like to see a MPK 163.3 PRO, 3 way speaker video.I am between this and the MLK 165.3 Legend (exact same cost) but my installer insists about the 3rd midrange speaker that MPK 163.3 PRO has.Thanks
Anuin hi, 3 way is better then 2 way because this setup will give you more details from the music you play, but compare to speaker models the mlk165 is better then mpk series, also in my opinion you could get much better for your$ on other brands, thanks for watching

The thing is I got big discount on any Herzt product, I already had 3 amps from my previous setup, so thats why I am between MLK 1650.3, MLK 165.3 and MPK 163.3 now. I was listening some of them in demo panel and I dont quite like the sound of 1650.3 tweter. . Probably I will go MLK 165.3 - 2way, according to your advice. Also I am considering to pay some extra money and buy ML 700.3 midrange for active setup later on. Do you recomend this midrange or should I go for lower edition MP70.3 Pro (what would better match the mlk 165.3). And last question - dont you know if there is a big difference between mlk 165 in this test and newer generation 165.3?
Anuin thanks for the support, Yeah if you got a good deal so go for it.. the mlk165.3 is better then mpk, And yes the mlk165.3 will work perfectly with the ml700, about the mlk1650.3 the tweeter is better then mlk165.3 but it’s too sharp maybe this is why you didn’t like it, however this mlk165 in the video is the best sounding speakers hertz/Audison ever produced... it was Italy made and the all new models are China, it’s just day and night difference, thanks again
