Try to delete your bad comments online, worked for me
This limit to 80 percent is great, finally. Just I did not get it on my Pixel 9 Pro XL.
While Huawei has had Private Space feature in their phones dated 2016, google is only adopting it now as a major feature in an update. Wow!!
now started to love OneUI more cuz of most of the features mentioned here were there in it years ago. Gotta love Samsungs software
Not noticed any changes on my old still in use pixel 6Pro or current pixel 7a🤔 i see they haven't added exposure value numbers on the EV slider in camera settings
Pixel is actually getting pretty interesting tbh, if they work on performance & battery front they are going to dominate the flagship market imo✌🏻 still a long way to go
Some of these new Android 15 updates and pixel feature drops are not available on my pixel 6 pro in Australia for some reason (incl. The ones you say are there for pixel 6 & up).
My settings is still a long scroll and not grouped together like yours is shown. I can't see any pixel weather app either. Any ways for these to show up? Or do I maybe have to wait for another update?
My Pixel 9 xl PRO already had the pixel drop things already on it when I bought it last month. I'm downloading android 15 to my Pixel as we speak :)
So is that screenshot app still exclusive to the 9 series? The weather app got brought over but not that one
Thanks for the video. Cant see the screen updates you shown in the view for Settings Screen, Volume screen in my Pixel 9 Pro XL though. Also I dont see any update with Pixel Feature Drop too. Please guide.
@3:47 not available on pixel 8a yet on android 15
Just installed the update in The Netherlands. But amongst other things, the limit to 80 % charging and the settings boxes are not showing on my Pixel 9 Pro XL. Weird.
Android 15 is here on my pixel 8 pro 🎉🎉
Best UI bro.
Apparently no one is getting those new features everybody's talking about after the update, so let's just enjoy our Android 14.1 Thank you google 😒
I have a Samsung A55 that runs Android 14 with the battery charge limiter for months now. Strange to read comments that say Android 15 doesn't have this.
So basically samsung defines android and Google follows their guidance a few years later.
Great video and however I'll wait a few days to know how good the update is on Pixel 8.
My Poco F3 GT running Hyper OS has most of the features shown here while running Android 13.
4:15 Xiaomi had this solved years ago with a different UI. You get a floating button that isn't recorded when you record your screen. When you want to stop you just tap the button and that's it, no need to pull down the notifications. You can also pause the recording and resume later. IMHO Xiaomi's UI is by far the best I've used so far
Same for Samsung, it has a floating toolbar that is not recorded.
Did they fix the camera? Seems like more catching up to Samsung phones in terms of features.
When Android Authority is using an iMac 😂😂😂😂😂 Apple takes the lead.
Just updated to android 15 stop charging at 80% isn't available for me on Pixel 9 pro xl also the setting menu didn't get grouped as shown on the video 😢
the pixel watch you are wearing in this video is 41mm or 45 mm ??
Thanks, that was helpful.
So I have android 15 now but not all the features from this video. Are some of them US / English specific?
Where is the pixel studio for pixel 8 pro? And we don't get battery charge limit, nice
I still have the old weather app for some reason
Really like the look of that new one
Limit charging isn't on my Pixel 6
Installing right now on the Google Pixel 9 pro XL 😊
I've just updated but I don't have the charging optimization option??
Everytime I try to clean my Pixel 8 which I bought a week ago, the moment I clean the screen that has a protector with alcohol pad, the screen goes bonkers, overheats, flickers with green screen until I turn it off, dry it and turn it back on.
Anyone else facing the issue? what should I do about it?
I already have that battery limiting on my S20 long time ago.
looks like they just copied most the latest Samsung One UI features
Cry me a river.
@Alexramos they copy one ui every year
You are really delusional people, Samsung it's the most copycat 😂😂
It's mostly good If companys copy from each other. Because then the customer ist always the winner, except if they copy sth bad of course
@@brunosousa5117yeah bro samsuck always 😂😂 they think samsuck is the king as a two phone user samsuck copy iPhone every single time too 😂😂
I have a pixel 6pro and the redesign of the settings still doesn't work. Does anyone have the same problem?
Updated to Android 15 yesterday in pixel 7 pro but batter limit to 80% feature is missing and still network issues persists in Google pixel series. That is pretty sad.
I have Android 15 on Pixel 6 and Battery "Limit to 80%" is not there.
I updated to android 15, now neither do I have limit charging to 80%, refined setting , nor pixel weather app on my Pixel 8 Pro !
edit: oh now I see, they are to come later in december!
I have android 15 but limiting charge still not available, how come ?
3:30 not 8.7kb. thats how much wifi data usage. It doesn't actually say how much storage it's taking...
Charging optimization not support to puxel 6 ? :/
How do you get the vertical app drawer? Is that part of android 15?
Does Auracast and LE Audio finally work by default on Android 15?
Charging to 80% is bogus. There's no way I can find that setting on my Android 15 update
battery charge limit to 80% is something i've been doing for the past 4 years, manually. no more! sick. that feeling of dread that i'm killing my battery whenever it charges to 91% is gone.
i've been charging my phone to 100% for years with no issues. But then again I switch phones/upgrade every 2 years.
