When you plotted the points non of them passed the center to the left. However your drawing passed the center to the left

I would like to make a correction, to know the length of the tangential line, for accuracy you use the formula 2×pie×r and then divide it by 8 to know the distance of the 8 equal divisions.

Yes you can use the formula for calculating the circumference of a circle which is 2πr. Thanks
