The Shifter knob of the Front gear with pressing it for 2nd and 3rd it will not chnage the gear and it will also not comes back to its own position. And it will stay at the pressed position. What shall I do ? Cycle is Brand New

i did follow this process, but now my issue is, to shift front gear form 1 to 2 i had to turn adjuster to full, now shifter is too hard that i cannot push it to 3. other thing is, chain is rubbing in 2nd gear. So can you please resolve it?

Sir,,,, my cycle is of Urban Terrain 21 gear ,,,, I bought it from Flipkart,,,, today i assembled all parts and checked the gears throughly ,,, i found that front gear is not working properly,,, like when red pointer is at 1 and i shift it to 2 it changes easily same as 3 ,,, but when i try to down the gear it doesnt come that upper lever of left shifter is not working,,,, when i pull that gear wire it comes down 😢😢😢 sir its new and my first gear cycle ,,, plz help me out 🙏🏻🙏🏻😢😢

mere shifter thik thak hi tha per 2 din se front shifter 3 no gear main uthh nehi raha hai, main khulke dekha jo shifter ki lever 3 no pe le jane ki khosish karne ke samay wo enough upar nehi ja raha hai. ye kis liye ho raha hai aap mujhe bata sakte hai?

I think your front chainring is bent ..that's why chain is rubbing with derailleur cage. Plz check your front chainring.
