Thanks! Exactly what I needed to confirm! Felt insecure to turn all my assets into this "bogus" name I created which is not registered or recorded anywhere.
from: Anchorage AK 6-6-23 ......EXCELLENT .....I am in the draft stages of Revocable Living Trust .....prior experience as beneficiary of a LIVING TRUST and recipient of the document when completed. General understanding and familiarity with trust as it applied to commercial banking 1981 -1989.
Can you recommend an Administration Lawyer who does his job great instead of an estate planner who does it well. We want a Permission validated and certified complete administration not just the plan. And without the dozens of estate plan mistakes, we want the added steps to avoiid the quit claim jumping financial elder abusing title deed thieves please!
Thanks for the video, truly interesting and to the point. Thanks. So here’s a question for you - I have a 25-year-old son that is driving a car that is titled in my name. I would like to gift the car to him, but I’m not ready to transfer this asset that he could immediately sell. The overall risk is that if he is in a horrible accident the court could come back on me since I own the car and provided it to him. Could I put the car in a revocable trust that removes the risk from me directly such that if there is an accident I cannot be sued as the owner. At some point I will just gift the car to him and sign over the title, but until that time comes will this protect me and my current estate? Love to know your thoughts. Thanks
A revocable trust won't give you asset protection. I'd just get a sizeable insurance policy on the car, make sure he's a named insured, and have him help you pay for the higher premium. :)

@@311DaveR you're welcome!
Does EVERY PAGE of the revocable living trust need to be signed, dated and notarized?
No.
is there any printed format or any format to follow ?
Yes. Google will give you tons of examples - but I'd use a lawyer to make sure it's done right.
