imma say this lol "if you have a dog doesnt matter the size or age you need to correct them regardless."
ive been bitten by my dogs but you dont see me going up side their heads. i calmly with alot of effort place them on the ground and make them wait flat for 30 minutes to an hour. when i see that "sigh" or relief and no hairs raised, than i let them up and go play. i dont play who's the boss cause you have another problem. you fix this asap or that dog is outside or its taking over the house. ive seen situations where dogs dont let owners in the house lol. ive never had that problem either *toniodee7814* but those situations do happen when you dont assert yourself

    • @toniodee7814

@@jebVlogs556very good method! Submissive posture until you see the relaxed eyes, sigh of relief, and hackles down. You outlast the dog and not the other way around. Like you said you’re asserting yourself without physically attacking the dog and still making your point. Make it known from the start you’re the boss and that will always remain.

What a great teaching moment! Not every attack is due to aggression. A nervous, unsure, or previously mistreated dog can feel so scared they can attack too.
Even coming from owners who gave the dog no boundaries, can set the dog up to feel out of control

Saw a cane corso at work today and when I tell you this dog was HUGE and BARELY trained. At the end of the leash was a woman who weighed less than the dog and had nearly no control over the dog. She was literally being dragged and it took everything in her to even get the dog to slightly budge. Thankfully the dog just wanted pets from everyone, but I can only imagine how out of control the situation would've been if the dog decided to flip his lid. And RIGHT AFTER, you posted this vid 😭

I have to say Rottweilers are not for a lot of people it takes that strong person to be the right owners for the breed. Now I see with this breed.

This is exactly what I h 20:49 ave said for years. Rachel is an absolute natural at this and she can take that diamond in the rough and make him sparkle and shine. He has now learned who is alpha and that is half the battle. This boy is very lucky that you are the type of breeder and trainer that you are. Others would not have bothered to even try to help this guy and he would have ended up being euthanized. God gave this gift you have for a reason! Thank you so much for this video. I hope others stop and think before getting a large or stubborn breed. They should do their homework and determine not only the type of dog they want, but what type of dog they are capable of handling. 💯 % the best breeder/ trainer that I have seen in almost 50 years! May God fill your life with blessings for all you are doing for some of his creatures. Super proud of the person you are! Total Respect ❤❤❤

Respectfully, F peoples sensitivities. They'll find anything to have a problem with. What you do is educational and unfortunately the things you have to do to dogs with this behaviour HAS to be done and seen esepcially for novice dog owners. It can save both the dogs and the caretakers lives, god forbid. Sensitive people need to face hard truths sometimes in these types of situations. The people who understand knows everything you do for these dogs is for the better.

    • @antoniom4016
      @antoniom4016 7 місяців тому

I agree with you 1000%. Some people are too sensitive. It's the society that we live in today . Some countries will let you discipline your kid or your dog. Some are quick to judge if you try to show your dog the proper behavior, not realizing that sometimes you have to be a little let say not to "nice" to your dog, which to some it might be animal cruelty.

I remember on a video I seen on IG this guy dog was growling at him over food, I commented about how that wasn’t good and he didn’t have control over the dog. He replied going on a tangent about how I was an “ego trip” because I “needed to feel powerful over a dog” lol, I didn’t even respond to him after that. Some people really don’t understand how important it is to assert yourself over your dog(s) and start it as soon as they’re puppies. As you said a lot of people as though they can love their dog into submission and respecting them which isn’t true at all. With animals submission is taken not given. Every animal wants to be at the top and they fight to be at the top. That’s every living species there is. They’ll fight to the death in order to gain that top spot. Animals do not have the same emotions, feelings, and outlook on life and the world as humans. People need to accept that. Even here on your channel we’ve seen dogs get harsh corrections by more dominant higher ranking dogs for being disrespectful and pushing boundaries. We’ve seen higher ranking dogs have their dogs where they’re going around dominating and handing contraction after correction to remind the pack of their position. I remember plenty videos of Rachel going “Cashmere is spicy today”, “cashmere is on a rampage”, “cashmere letting everybody know who’s the queen” lol and even the same can be said for Blondie, Velocity, and Nirvana. They’ve all had their spicy days where they would go on rampages and let everybody know who’s in charge. They know they have to assert themselves in order to be respected. You know exactly what you’re doing and what you’re talking about. It really need to be more breeders and dog owners in the world like you if we’re going to be honest. Thank your for the upload.

More dog training videos please! I love the education you give behind the techniques you use. I’ve taken on my brother’s pitbull. He listens well but I want to make sure he follows my leadership when other dogs are around or when a high stress situation happens.

This was the most informative and insightful look at training through the dogs perspective as well as the trainer. Thank you for this.

What you have done with this dog is absolutely amazing Rachel. From trying to attack you to this, insane! I wont lie, I'm one of those sensitive people, I wouldn't be comfortable doing/seeing the level of discipline needed to sort this guy out but I fully understand that it's needed to keep him and his owners unharmed and in the land of the living. This is why, although I love dogs like the Corso, I would never have one as I know I wouldn't be able to handle it. Unfortunately, I think a lot of people don't realise that about themselves. I love dogs but cats are good for me 😅
But seriously, this is absolutely incredible work 🖤

I do believe you will have him back in good stead in short order. Hopefully you will find him a worthy owner who will be his pack leader first and love on him afterwards.

Maybe some of the pain of being overweight was just increasing his behavior problems? He's clearly just needing guidance and its really important why people need to be giving tough love to these dominant or stubborn breeds instead of ignoring breed characteristics and thinking softness is guiding or is enough as if these are human children or people they are animals first. reminds me of Pitbull owners who do everything they can to ignore that the breed may have certain tendencies and then purposely put that dog into a triggering area based on 'trusting the dog' or 'it being super friendly' sort of thing. A dog being stubborn or dominant isnt inherently a bad thing as long as you train based upon those traits but alot of dog owners now wanna ignore that and ironically thats part of the reason said dogs get into these habits or issues.
Love the video as always and looking forward to the progress!❤❤

I just love you. You are so right you have to discipline your dog. They're just like children. I have a yorkie poo, he's sweet but have a stubborn side. He does things things knowing he'll get in trouble lol. He'll run in his cage or lay down like and play Angel, but I still get the belt 😂😂 but most of all, I give him so much Love. He's my baby ❤

I saw the thumb nail pic and instantly thought it was Asia. Then I caught the title. My brain was like “WTF? No not sweet baby Asia”. Far out he looks JUST like his mother. Do these buyers of yours not listen to you when you instruct on best foods or foods to stay away from and to make sure they get proper discipline and regular training? Like, I’m sure you don’t just hand over your precious puppies with no info and no de-brief etc. People amaze me. Nits bad enough when there is all love and no boundaries when it’s a Chihuahua (a mastiff in a midget’s body)… but a Corso.? No sireee.
Also, Whaman, I saw them legs. Dang girl you looking fantabulous. !!❤❤❤

Will you let those people adopt another dog from you? Imo they should do more research before adopting a dog such as Cane Corso❤ Love youu!❤❤❤❤

These are great looking dogs but I agree they must be in a home with proper discipline and training. I would personally never own one because I’m not that great when it comes to patience and training 😂 but I love all your videos.

I'm so glad that he's back with you and getting the training that he needs. Question for you, when you first met with him, do you have one of the other alpha's like Preacher or Nirvana out with you for assistance, if needed?
