That is an excellent question Enver Akin Ozkan! In fact, we think we should do a video about it 😊 The lock you are talking about is to "lock" the IPR value that is planned between two teeth. That way, even if you do some changes somewhere else in the arch, it will not affect the value of the locked IPR.
