Another addon dev here. I don't understand the inability of a top-level player to look at the widgets' values in the GUI. Absterge missing the 30s slider and the spec-specific tabs is just bonkers.

as a non addon dev why are even the topmost add ons so fucking inaccessible with absolutely trash or impossible to find information on how to tweak the billion settings in your addons. God damn. I spent a week configuring weak auras and omni and there wasn’t dick as far as easily accessible information on what the settings do. If even a top level decade experience veteran like pikaboo and carl have a hard time getting what the fuck the biggest pvp addon in the game is on about, that’s the fault of development not clearly communicating and literally nothing to do with the player base.

​@@nathanotero1369 Addons are free and open-source, so they're as simple as the community wants them to be. If they should be simpler, the community would make them simpler. Also, they're pretty simple already for what they do. I have no trouble configuring my addons. You just have to take an analytical approach and not try to skip reading what's on your screen. Every GUI element is there for a particular reason, and discerning that reason is a simple matter of consideration.

@Alex Folland that’s simply untrue. You cannot act like every one of the ten thousand things you can configure on something like weakauras comes down to a simple matter of consideration lol. I’ve never once said it’s impossible to figure out. I’m sure as shit saying spending time adding in simple description boxes for the various changes would prevent shit like this. Y’all come in here with the audacity to say watching this is painful because of the ineptitude of TWO OF THE BEST PVPERS IN THE HISTORY OF THE GAME lmao. That’s a problem with the developer, not the user. Get a ux designer, god damn. Plenty of students out there that would do this shit for free if you can’t figure out how to convey it properly yourselves.
