nice...looks like you may need to tram the spindle i see lines that look deeper than others but could just be just lines. not knocking it in any way i need to tram mine also but i used smaller cutter to surface so my lines are closer as of now . but i have a small cnc for now
I noticed the lines in the spoilboard and have them in mine as well. I am new to CNC and not sure what “tram the spindle” means. Could you elaborate on that. I noticed there was not a reply to your post
@@centercrossranch3709 Look up Mark Lindsay on UA-cam. He has a video that goes thru his method for tramming the machine. Basically it is adjusting so that z is as near perpendicular as possible to x and y. The objective is that your bit does not travel along slightly tilted causing the blade to cut deeper on one side or the other.
why not apply the glue directly onto the surface instead of putting into the can and then the surface?

Hm, i like this I guess. But instead of using a bunch of holes with threaded inserts, what about making channels for the bottom of a bolt and then just sliding your bolts in to where you need them? A grid of channels and you would be all set.
nice! that gave me some awesome ideas. Can you tell me if you were using an ER16 spindle? where did you buy that tool that you used to plain the surface of the table? can you tell me some information that would help me to find it on the web? I plan doing this on the base of the CNC that I am assembling so that I don't have to spend too much for machining the table base itself. most of it I intent on doing using the own cnc machine to do it.
Sandbags are good for large areas. Doesn't work too well for edges.

O GR13 vacuum table is your only option

Ibrahim Al Abdulaaly Yes sir! I purchased the control pad on amazon and assigned HOT KEYS to the number pad. Works great and only cost $15

I noticed you have started putting the exact models / speeds / feeds on some of your newer CNC videos (awesome thank you). If you happen to remember next time you're in your shop please let me know the model. Since they are a bit on the pricier side I would prefer to get something that I have seen in action. Hi. What kind of CNC Machine is this and which Spindle did you install on it?
CNC shark HD 3 with extended bed. I upgraded to a 3HP water cooled spindle. Forget the company, do a quick Google search "water cooled CNC spindles"
I am sure you can still buy handbook with all info you need on woodprix. Just google it.
You need to think about tramming.
