- Hello everyone,
For those of you who haven't come across my most recent post, I am taking a week off of work and heading over to Western Australia for a sunny holiday. This means that there won't be any new content for a couple of weeks so I thought I'd put one of my 2 part videos into one for you to watch.
If you haven't come across this one before, here's some background. The owner of this property not long ago lost his son in devastating circumstances and his mental health was of a concern to his friends and family. A close friend of his, who is a client of mine, paid me to come and tidy up his hard for him as she felt it was the least she could do...that's where I come in.
Anyone who has lost someone close to them knows how debilitating it truly can be so my heart really went out to this poor gentleman.
I hope you enjoy the video. The best way you can support my channel is by clicking twice...once on the thumbs up, and once on the subscribe button.
Thanks for watching and see you again soon.

That was very nice of the man’s friend to pay you to have his lawn taken care of. I’m sure it means a lot to the grieving father ,one less thing he has to think about..
My deepest sympathy for this gentleman and his family 🙏🙏🙏. I’m certain taking care of his yard was appreciated and helpful at this time of grief over their son. My heart goes out to them.
Thank you for your compassion and care for this man who is grieving. Bless you.
Thank you for sharing this videos.God bless your humble heart.
We can all learn from this. If we have a grieving friend or family. Offer practical help, 🎉 instead of saying “what can I do for you” Look at what you can do - lawns, or a casserole 😊. Great job, bless you
So true, well said.
God bless you for doing this job so well.
I'm glad the name friend arranged this for him. It's kind gestures like this that get people through life's tragedies and hard times
That is such a beautiful gift to his friend at such a hard time. It looks so much better - like a mystery garden.
It was a very good friend who reached out to you for this grieving father. I’ve been in his shoes, my loss was almost 7 years ago. He won’t feel as isolated by his grief. He will be able to go outside for a breath of fresh air, and take in his lovely yard without being reminded that he just isn’t up to it yet. Thank you SO very much helping him during his grief journey. God Bless you ❤🙏
Agreed, a very thoughtful gesture by a good friend.
I've never seen this one before. Great job. Have a wonderful holiday!
That was so kind of the friend to reach out to you and for you to take it on. It does look so much better and sometimes just righting things to a normal stage helps so much. My heart goes out to your client. ❤😊. Hope you have a wonderful relaxing holiday
That friend was a true blue friend. She is the real meaning of friend! Everyone could take a lesson from her. I realize that some people may not have the means to be this generous, but they might give the generosity of their time. In any case, bless you for your time, effort and compassion! God bless!! 😊 😊 😊
Tak hrozně to vypadalo a teď je to hezká zahrada. A to díky tobě. Gratuluji a přeji hezký víkend! 🌟Jana 🌟👍👏💯🌿
Thank you so much for helping others out 🙏
Another amazing job 👍well done

Another triumph with the tools Ryan. Have a wonderful break and recharge your batteries for a hectic year ahead.☺👍👍. My thoughts and prayers are with your client over such a sad loss.
I hope you're having a wonderful holiday! Landscape archaeology is the best!
Thank you ❤
Another stellar job sir! 😄👍 You should start calling yourself Pathfinder Gardens lol.
Great job, love watching your vidios. Have a great holiday.👍🏻
Always good to go the extra mile and do a little bit more, paid or not, to show kindness to someone who is going through a very difficult time. Someday you could be the one who needs help. Bless you
Very true.
Your resilience pays off
This one was badass, you do some of the best work I’ve seen, love it Ryan
Thanks Sean 🙂
Oh my!!!! that grass looks like the type of grass from H-E double toothpicks if you let it go!!!! Bless you and the man's friend for helping this homeowner out. The loss of someone close to you can be devastating and dehabailitating I know from first hand experience how this poor man must feel times 10 since he lost his son under tragic circumstances. The act of making a portion of his life a little easier may do more to help than you realize. Props X 100.
I just love a weed eater! It does much of the work; trimming, edging, mowing, getting vines off walls & fences, taking grass out of cracks in road, driveway, etc & revealing hidden concrete walkways. Also, can trim bushes & tree's. One doesn't need the use or wasted purchase of the other implements.
Wow Ryan, that was a huge wet job, you did a fab job considering how large the job was. Bless you!! From Ontario Canada
That was a LOT of long grass for such a small yard!! Job well done Ryan! I hope they do want to uncover the walk ways again, that would be so cool!! lol My heart goes out to this man, no one should out live their kids. Hope this finds you and yours happy and healthy. See you next time!
I agree. It would be fantastic to see the garden completely finished as it looks like it has been so well loved. A Stirling effort for all you achieved through Ryan,
Brilliant job well done 😊😊😊
❤❤❤
So very kind of the lady to pay for his yard to be done. Let’s be honest…the last thing that man is thinking about is his grass.
I am so glad you helped him out. I lost my 13 year-old son in a tragic skateboarding accident and it's still hard 11 years later :(.
Oh I am so terribly sorry for your loss 😔
Knowing what it is to lose children is so hard I lost 2 sons and trying to go forward is still so hard. few years later. I don't think we really ever get over it fully. just try to carry on.
I'm so deeply sorry to hear that 😔
Hi Ryan another great job 👏 have a wonderful holiday and it’s lovely to hear that there is good people out there .❤
Have a wonderful holiday, please don’t go swimming where there are sharks!
Hope u have fun in wa im in perth
Oh boy you really had your work cut out for you there. Well done.
Great job Ryan! Just wondering - have you ever had a customer who was upset you exposed the sidewalk? Ya gotta wonder if sometimes they wanted it to be grass. LOL.
Not to this date, who knows what the future holds though 😅
Thank you for all your hard work for this family. Wish someone had done this when we lost our oldest son.
It would be interesting to know his plans for the sheet tin and bricks.
Hope you had a great holiday! Cheers from Texas USA!
Good question but no I haven't. I always make a point of mentioning that I'll reveal it as part of the job so if they didn't want to they would have the chance to speak up then.
I'd love to see this yard after all the walkways have been exposed.
I'm so glad I was on u tube to subscribe to your channel
Thank you so much, I hope you enjoy.
👍🏻
Is there any way on one of your review mows that you could share an update on what it looks like now with all the paths back in place as they once were? Wonderful job done.
I never made it back to this one unfortunately. The owner ended up moving out.
You need to get leg guards that fit you, those you are wearing protect nothing. Your delicate legs are being abused. Love your work and watching you turn bad to good, you also have a beautiful personality. Get yourself a sponsor for pants and leg guards. ❤️
Those are simply to keep the grass out of his boots.
Oh those aren't leg guards, they are just to keep grass off of my socks as they are a nightmare to wash.
@@earthtrimgardens2249 Found a good pair of bamboo socks many years ago that the grass isn't too bad with. Wish I'd bought 20 pair cause they changed the sizing and the new ones don't fit right. Alpha brand at the time now called Anko, the outdoor work socks. Lasted 10 years mowing so far so I'm very impressed.
I’m too old at 75 to be fresh but have noted you have great muscle definition. Have you considered being an artist model?
That's extremely flattering but can't say I've considered it.
You take your time doing the yardwork when everyone else flies through it but not you
earth trim gardens my dad is seans lawns and hes says you are so nice and i just love watching your videos. He just did a huge clean-up and the homeowner sent him a very nasty comment a week later, if you could read it and let us know what you think that would be so cool thank you
Oh hey there! Thanks for your kind words and support. I'm sorry to hear that, I'll go check it out.
Well done mate you deserved a holiday in the west. Boy your mighty fast I bet you only wish you are as fast in real life. What a shame the business side had to raise its ugly head,
I forgot to ask what are the brand of tools you use?
Mowers are Honda and Masport
Blower is Echo
Snippers are Bushranger and Stihl
Combi tool is Honda
Pole and chainsaw is Stihl
I’ve seen this video before or is this a follow up
It was an old one, as I was away and didn't have new content I thought I'd put both parts into one.
Why didn't you open up all of concrete slab?
I mentioned why in the video.
You can tell you know what you are doing weed eating tells the whole story
