    This is the absolute most difficult thing to get off of. My addiction to this is spiraling out of control. It takes nearly all of my income. Its lead me to other drugs. Everything they say is true. You cant function without it once you start.

    It’s really fucked because if you have a job like me along with a tianeptine addiction you are stuck in the cycle. It’s so bad that when you try to quit, even suboxone will not subside the withdrawal symptoms. To anyone who hasn’t used it and are thinking about doing it run for your lives literally.

    I started taking this because I was told it was a nootropic and helped with anxiety.. I was told it was not addictive. Well yes it is. All I’ll say is I tapered off it. Kept track of how much I was taking them each week took a little less. This affects adrenals and will zap your minerals.. take magnesium glycinate and trace minerals, also adrenals. This had helped a lot. The withdrawals were bearable.i decided to just take it at night so i could sleep and just deal with whatever in the day. I’d rather have my sleep.

    Been taking Tia for several years now. I've quit successfully twice now. And I'm on my third round as we speak. Almost 24 hours in cold turkey. It's the only way to do it. For me it is at least. I went the methadone route last time which only replaced the spending and habit with instead of paying a gas station paying the clinic. I successfully completed the methadone program the right way by decreasing and just being done. They were shocked at how well I did it. But I'm a dumbass and thought I could handle zaza AGAIN and here I am struggling through it with nobody to talk to about it because I did it in secret out of fear of being looked at bad for getting into it again. I literally searched this video out so I could vent about it.

      I myself am struggling to figure out what to do. VERY VERY LONG story short (In comparison haha) I’m a nearly 40 year old fully disabled combat veteran. I was prescribed opioids after I got injured while on a deployment. After they allegedly couldn’t find what was wrong with me, I was medically discharged. They immediately cut off the medication which sent me into withdrawals even though I wasn’t abusing them. Fast forward several years and I discovered Kratom. I took that for the on going pain that I have dealt with for nearly 14 years. I ended up getting an MRI done from a civilian doctor and it turned out I had/have quite a few problems, from 3 Herniated discs, 4 bulging discs, spinal stenosis, moderate heading towards severe arthritis of the spine as well. Let’s put it this way, it’s bad enough now that I have a 100% P&T (which means permanent and total in other words we know it’s only going to get worse so we aren’t even going to bother making you complete annual C&P exams) VA rating. Anyways one day I went to the same place I always went to get my kratom because I usually got the extracts. For some reason even though I’m 5’6 and 170lbs I have always had an extremely high tolerance for medications and supplements. Well when I went in one day the guy who owns the shop tells me about this stuff called “TD Plus”, he says it works even better then kratom and I don’t have to take as much so it will be cheaper then getting the 2 pack of the extract capsules I normally buy because it’s $28 for a bottle of 15 capsules. Well as usual it takes way way more than one capsules to achieve the relieve (it takes 5-6 or sometimes 7). So I have been taking about a bottle and a half a day for the last year and a half. I tried to quit because it’s just simply too goddamn expensive!! I mean if it was half that price it might be worth it. Actually they’re normally $40/bottle but I told him I wouldn’t pay that much for them and at that time no one was buying them so he said I could get them for $28. Regardless it’s WAY too expensive even at that price. I remember about 4 months ago I ran out of them and wasn’t going to get paid for 2 more days…..OMFG those withdrawals were 10x WORSE THAN THE OPIATES!! There is NO WAY I can do it cold Turkey like did with the opioids. So idk what to do. I HAVE TO QUIT THEM THOUGH BECAUSE IF I DON’T I am going to lose my fiancé whom I’ve been with for over a decade!! I’ve mostly kept it hidden from her but she finally started catching on when she realized we shouldn’t be anywhere near as bad off financially as we are between her income and mine and the fact we don’t have kids (because we both knew we didn’t want kids). This 100% LEGAL SUBSTANCE IS RUINING MY LIFE!!!! Thank you for letting me know I’m NOT the only one who’s struggling with it.

It’s very euphoric and created a confidence in me that was unstoppable. It’s a very functional drug but holy shit he’s not kidding when he talks about having to cycle more and more. May God bless this man he is informative I just started taking it two weeks ago unfortunately I didn’t really think it was addictive I didn’t suspect it said it was a calming agent and then I stopped taking it and I was taking several bottles per day just because I tend to do everything a little larger than life and the draws were horrendous I would tell you firsthand I have with drawls from virtually every drug on this planet and it was significantly worse than oxycodone withdrawal it was significantly worse OK in my oxycodone withdrawal may not of been the worst but it was about 160 to 180 mg of instant release per day crushed for significant periods of time and then cold turkeyThis one was worse specifically on a psychological paranoia level and I will remember that I do not remember that with oxycodone remember it being specifically very physical but anyway it is what it is I’m gonna taper the stupid shit thank God I didn’t take it for six months or even a year because then I’d really be in a dark place and I’ve already been through enough torture in my life so God bless this man and keep spreading the word obviously nobody is stupid enough that I know up here in the north to pay $30 for a bottle of this crap because it virtually offers minimal euphoria and relaxation but yet you find out it’s addictive and you just take another pill on you take another pill and you’re not thinking about it you just have to bottle in your car while or work or wherever you are and before you know it addiction sit in

    I’m so glad to be off this. I was addicted for 2 years. I was buying in bulk and spent about $1000 a month with a 5 gram a day habit. If u didn’t have it for 3-4 hours, I started to withdrawal, severe depression and crying fits just a few hours without dosing. I’ve been off for 7 months and the withdrawals were intense. I hope they ban this, and I’m not for banning anything.

    I bought some thru a website that was sketchy. I took a chance and one day I received the package. It was homemade pills that were green and I thought I was ripped off. I didnt try them for a week. That stuff packs a punch but the only thing that is concerning is how often you have to dose to keep the euphoria. It feels no different than oxycodone except it doesn't last as long. I can only imagine this stuff is horrible to detox from.

  • @richiehoyt8487
    @richiehoyt8487 Місяць тому

    One of these days they'll ban this stuff altogether, as in, federally; which of course, is a _good_ thing... at least on the face of it. Trouble is, they won't put anything in place to help all these Tianeptine addicts that are going to suddenly be in the absolute horrors! Some will come out the other end OK, more or less, possibly because they will have been lucky enough to get to get on a Methadone or Suboxone programme. Some addicts will lose their jobs (how are you supposed to do a day's work when you feel - and _look_ - like a dying kitten?!), and then, sure as night follows day, their home... and some will go over to - or back to(!) - using Fentanyl or Tranq~Dope or whatever the next horrendous drug to come over the hill will be. It's almost, like, "God be with the days" of 'straighforward' Coke and Heroin, and even Meth... at least they were, like, 'a known quantity', to addict and government alike. There's all these witches' brews hitting the streets now - Fentanyl was inveigled into the Heroin supply without addicts even knowing, and then they pulled the same thing with that flesh - destroying muck, Xylozene; and you've got people dropping down dead after smoking these 'Toon~zee' and 'Spice' - type concoctions. Just how greedy, how mean, how _evil_ do you have to be, when the profits to be made as a _Heroin_ trafficker are not sufficient! And I'm not even talking about the street level dealers, here; that's like holding the lady in the corner store responsible for the sins of Big Tobacco! I'm talking about the Kartelles [sic] and the 'Madrigal Electromotives' of the picture. Why is it that, _every time,_ it seems, the authorities are getting caught with their pants down each time one of these compounds emerge? You look at Tranq~Dope - that had been devestating the streets of San Juan for some years, but it's hard not to get the impression that it was only when it hit Philadelphia that anybody even showed a modicum of concern. Weirdly enough, they came down like a ton of bricks on all those Cathinone analogues ('Bath Salts') - but there you had all these SHOCK! HORROR! "Man on Zombie Drug eats victims face!" - type headlines, or the ever reliable "Strength of _10 Men!"_
    The fact that Tianeptine is being sold in _filling stations_ and the like, over the counter, as if it were a caffeine shot or some type of seaweed extract is the most insidious, pernicious thing of all! I mean, if some place were selling Heroin like that, the place would be stormed by a DEA team! I don't claim to know what the answer is - probably to schedule Tianeptine and bring supplements - and 'supplements' - under the aegis of the FDA; those courses have nearly as many 'cons' as they have 'pros', but clearly, in an age of drugs where the withdrawals are not merely agonizing, both physically and psychically (I don't mean in the 'spooky' sense), but in some cases potentially fatal, not even to mention the overdoses, the horrific fleshwounds and amputations etc. (thinking of Xylozene, specifically, here); _something HAS GOT TO BE DONE!!_
