My advice and steps to heal your SUBCHORIONIC HEMATOMA | In this video, I share my experience of being diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma in my current pregnancy. I will first share my personal journey of how I found out, to what I did to help or increase my chances of having the hematoma resolved, and what I would advise other moms that are currently experiencing a subchorionic hematoma that I wish I would have realized or learned when I first diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma.

I am 15.5 weeks pregnant Thank God! Very excited. 3 weeks ago was rushed to the emergency room with exactly what happened to you! I felt like I had wet my clothes and sure enough blood, enough to mess up my clothes. I’m now on complete bed rest with my second round of bleeding. I haven’t been diagnosed with SH yet but the doctors keep telling me it’s possible. Thank The Lord my baby was good today on the ultrasound! 🙏 thank you for this video. Edit: We lost him. But it wasn't due to this! Another complication was there that wasn't caught in time. May he rest in peace.

I had two subchorionic hematomas from 5 weeks until about 16 weeks. I carried my baby to 40 weeks 1 day and now have a very healthy baby! ❤ it’s so stressful but there is hope!

My subchorionic hematoma didn’t resolve until my 28 week ultrasound. I bled everyday from 14 weeks to 18 weeks and then sporadically after that until I delivered. I looked for videos like this when I was pregnant to calm my nerves but they just didn’t exist. We made it to 39 weeks and my son turned one in September! Thank you for sharing your story. Kelcie Clements yes mine resolved over time thankfully. Took maybe 6 weeks before it fully resolved. All during that time I still had some breakthrough bleeding.

I’m about to cry writing this. I was literally bleeding from my hematoma earlier today and thinking, I just can’t have hope anymore anytime I start getting hopeful that my baby will be okay I bleed again. I’ve prayed and cried so much and I’m only 12 weeks. I think God put me on a path to watching this video. I have to say I’m still hesitant, but a little bit of my hope has been restored. Thank you!

The Fife Life Update: I’m 20 weeks halfway through! God is so good! Had to take some time off work to focus on healing and resting, but the hemorrhage is gone. My sunshine is healthy, normal, and growing according to my docs. Thank you again for this video i don’t think I could’ve made it through without this video giving me hope! 😄

I am 6 weeks pregnant with my first and just got home from the ER. I have been spotting on and off for about 10 days and after a heavier bleed today I was terrified of a potential ectopic or miscarriage. At the ER they found my baby's heartbeat and diagnosed a small SCH. Honestly I feel very hopeful because I am 22 years old, healthy, and have the ability to rest as much as I need. Letting go and letting God take it from here. I appreciate this video and everything you covered in it. I pray for my baby and for anyone else who is experiencing this!! We got this mama's ❤

Hi, I had minimal subchronic hemorrhage in my first scan and in my next scan after one week there is no evidence of subchronic hemorrhage but my bleeding is not stopped yet. What could be the reason?

I literally just left the hospital because I saw spotting and found out that I have this. And discovered I'm pregnant with twins 😭 The doctor told me there's a 50/50 chance and good luck... immediate panic and overthinking happened but videos like these really help so thank you and god bless your family

This video gave a me a lot of hope too. My doctor told me sure was 90% sure that I would miscarry, I was 6 weeks when my hematoma busted. I’m almost 16 weeks now and am no longer considered a high risk pregnancy. My mom is good friends with a OB, has been one for 27 years. He told me that if he sees a hematoma on an ultra sound, if they haven’t had any bleeding he won’t even tell them that they have one. Because more than not the baby is okay. That he doesn’t want to add unnecessary stress to the mother. I have a lot of faith that your babies will be okay too. ❤️

It's crazy how many women are actually going through this and how little subchorionic hemorrhage is mentioned.
My bleeding lines up with my period so I thought I was having my period when having a period is not possible with pregancy...
So glad so much information is available these days.
My first bleed happened at 6 weeks and I thought I was having a miscarriage aswell...
I was sifting through clots in the toilet trying to find what I thought should be a blue berry sized yolksack...I thought I may have flushed my baby down the toilet...
The crazy emotional rollercoaster you're on when you want something so badly but know so little and thinking the worst...holy crap 😳
I am thankful for this experience because it has given me more empathy on what women go through and especially young mothers💓

I've kinda practiced to just let go and let God.
We want so much to be in control of things and when we are not...panic sets in.
I try to find my peace and center and if it will be it will be. When I had that first bleed I pretty much already mourned it as a loss....it can only get better from that point on and yes if it is lost then I am greatful that I even was blessed to get that far....

The Fife Life thank you! I had my anatomy scan a few weeks ago and the hematoma was no longer visible!!! Such wonderful news. Do you still get anxious sometimes that it could come back? I’m trying not to overdo it now that I’m off pelvic rest.

Thank you so much..I had a horrible episode yesterday and was passing huge clots. I was terrified that our baby would no longer grow. However, the doctor said that the baby is growing healthy and in all the ultrasounds he/she was kicking swimming around and living their best life. We had a miscarriage Dec2020 and it really broke me down mentally for a while and now we are 12weeks pregnant and I am Diagnosed with having a SCH and I’m so nervous. You just reminded me that God has not giving us a spirit of fear but love, power, and a sound mind. Thank you for your encouraging words you don’t know how much this has really blessed me.

I'm currently pregnant with my second. I just had an ultrasound today and just looked at the results and sure enough SCH.... I need prayers I feel defeated through this. I knew since the beginning of my pregnancy that something was wrong. I just had a mama bear instinct. My husband isn't supportive with me wanting to take it easy with this diagnosis. We homestead and I'm a stay at home mom with an almost 1 year old. This is just so tough. Please pray for me ladies 🤍
Hi Cheyenne, I remember the struggle of trying to take care of my toddler. We definitely made it work- she learned to be a great helper and she knew I couldn't carry her and I had to get down on her level to sit down when she wanted me to hold her. You are amazing mama and remember to take it just one day at a time----you got this!

I am 10+3 today i found blood in my pants so i rushed to the hospital,the told me i had a hemathoma but it's fading.. i also cried when i heard the heartbeat and i thank Allah (god) that my baby is fine.

My partner is currently 17 weeks pregnant with our 2nd baby. Exactly a week ago she had massive bleeds and was taken into hospital. A scan confirmed little one is at least still alive but the SCH was a massive 10x10x3.5. - 350 ml. She is still bleeding, but has decided to take Progesterone. She is eating well as she can but we are both completely terrified. We are older parents, I'm 45 and she's 40. The hospital really didn't fill us with any confidence, and essentially told us that miscarriage was the probability. This video really has given us hope, we will keep fighting. So many mixed messages, do you have bed rest, continue on as normal, 4 doctors each said different things. My partner is terrified to stand and go to the bathroom or take a shower... Thanks for this, I will show her to give her strength.
Hi Dale, I am so sorry you are going through this- I remember what a roller coaster of feelings going through a SCH experience brings. I'm so happy to hear this video brought you comfort and hope. Yes, every doctor has a different approach to SCH- which can be even more confusing. My advice is to listen to your body, no vigorous exercise, and ALA supplements also helped me. I’m 13 weeks and passed a blood clot the size of my palm. I want to say thank you for this video.
I went to the emergency room and they did an ultra sound and they saw the baby swimming away and his heart beat going up and down safely
So this video gives me so much reassurance. Lots of praying this will stop and can’t wait for my family doctor to call me next week to schedule regular ultrasounds to make sure everything is okay.

Loved watching this. We are pregnant with twins and this is alot more common than people want to admit. There are MUCH more success stories than there are horror stories.
My wife's SCH got a little bigger around twin B and she has had it since 9 weeks and is now 11. It's still there but we are still leaning on everyone's success stories! I was also diagnosed with a large subchorionic hematoma after a heavy bleed at 8 weeks.
The doctors at the IVF clinic said there was nothing I could do but sit and wait to see if baby would make it to 10 weeks.
Feeling helpless, and trying to do as much research as I could in such a short amount of time, I found your video.
I changed my diet, used the vitamins & supplements you said worked for you.
I am happy to say that at 11 weeks, the large hematoma had completely resolved itself and we went on to have a healthy baby boy🙏🏻

I am currently going through I’ll be 4 weeks Monday and have had bleeding and lots of clots since I found out I was pregnant I’ve tested every day so scared to loose my baby my second beta is tomorrow I went from 18.9 to 174.1 tomorrow hopefully it has doubled . I’ve had 3 bad bleeding episodes. My doctor put me on bed rest for 6 weeks. Bleeding isn’t bad anymore but still need pads 24-7. I still cramp and get migraines and of course feeling nauseous. It’s been scary and hard but I’m glad I’m not alone.

How everything went in your case
I'm 8 weeks pregnant and had some bright red bleeding in one episode. I was told I have a tiny hematoma. I pray for us all going through this. I'm hopeful that everything will resolve. I will be the happiest women in the world to deliver a healthy 👶.

I am on my 4th pregnancy and just found out I have yet another hematoma hemmorage in-between baby and my cervix. Baby looked great and measured right on time and even saw the heart beat. Every pregnancy I drive myself checking non stop for bleeding or it worsening. Every pregnancy from 6 weeks started the brown spotting until 12. Each one I had full blown, just like a period bleeding. I got a Doppler to be able to relax and hear the heart beat. I didn't even know until last night they were hematoma hemmorages. I just always bled and my last one was bad and so full of clots I can promise u I was so positive I had been miscarried, that I cancelled my first sonogram. Two weeks later I just randomly fooled around with the Doppler because I was still nauseous and damn if I didn't hear it right away. Made a new appointment and at 14 weeks, he was for sure still there. Couldn't believe it. And right on schedule! Had him at 40 weeks and my severe weeks of bleeding miscarried baby turned one a week ago. I do know I took ibuprofen for my cramps and didn't know that made it all 5xs worse. So I switched to aspirin not knowing it made it worse also. Lol my first had .02 amniotic fluid at 28weeks due to taking ibuprofen. I had no clue. I also noticed every time I took my Adderall, which stimulated membranes and all that good stuff, always made.my cramps worse and bleeding heavier. All 3 made it just fine.

This is great, thank you! I was having sharp pain/ cramping on my left side with spotting. I thought for sure I was having a miscarriage-as I’ve had one before. I want to the emergency room and prepared for the news.. turns out, it was this! It doesn’t surprise me that I’m one of the 1% dealing with this- this is my second pregnancy on birth control (no regrets).

I found out at 9 weeks that I had one (no bleeding) now I’m 11 weeks and am experiencing light bleeding but no clotting, I do have small cramps here and there. I’m hoping for the best as I’m terrified of this possibly ending in a miscarriage. This video did reassure me so so much!

I had two subchorionic hemorrhages and ended up losing my twins at twelve weeks, we had to have a funeral for them. Today was 4 weeks since I lost them. My husband and I will be trying again soon

Thank you so much I went to my Dr yesterday to do a final check to make sure that all tissues from the pregnancy had been passed and my urine test came back positive. They ran blood work and my HCG was 6.6.
In the ultrasound my lining was thick and there were visible follicles in my right ovary (not sure about the left because my Drs office,where I was, called to see if I was still there since I wasn't back in the waiting room after the ultrasound. So I go back for another blood test Thursday if it's going back up I may be pregnant again

I am 35 with systemic lupus and 14 weeks pregnant. 2 sundays ago i had a gush of blood with clots pass. I went to ER and was misdiagmosis with hemoroids. It happenrd again that same week. The ultrasound was good and the SCH was still not detected. I kept bleeding and called the doctor for another ultrasound 1 week later. The SCH was found left posterior mid to lower uterine and was considered large. I am upset that it was missed 2x and now is large. I am so scared and bleed everytime i use the bathroom. This is my first pregnancy, i love my baby so much, i pray constantly that this resolves quickly. Adding more chai, flaxseed and progmerante juice. Pray for us. Thank you for sharing your experience.

this is my 2nd pregnancy and i had found out i have a massive subchorionic hematoma and i'm measuring 6 weeks. i've already been to the e.r once due to this, because i had no idea what was going on. i'm currently on bed rest for 2-3 months. i go back in 2 weeks for another ultrasound and we're praying it's shrinking. i haven't passed any clots, just a gush of blood sunday but no blood since, just discomfort. my hcg levels haven't decreased but they haven't been going up as fast as my ob likes but they're goin up little by little. we heard the babies heartbeat thank god. i currently have an 8 month old and i can't even lift her so it's difficult. we have high hopes for a healthy pregnancy, but im thankful for this video.❤️

I had a small episode of bleeding for about a hour now it’s all just brown discharge really, so bleeding for me only lasted about 2 days. Hi I’m here again and I wanted to give you an update 💜 I started heavy bleeding at 13 weeks and it finally stopped at 17 weeks and I had an ultrasound at 20 weeks and they told me that my SCH is no longer there and everything looked great 😊 I’m 23 weeks pregnant today with my baby boy💙so please if you dealing with the same thing try to take it easy and please have hope 💜💜

Thank you so much for sharing this! I had my first big bleed around 14 weeks pregnant. I was having extreme nausea at the beginning. After the bleed I started getting brown spotting. Then about a week later I had another bug bleed (not as big as the last) followed by brown spotting. It has been just over a week since then and I had my first appointment with a high risk doctor my ob referred me to. They found that I had a long hematoma near my cervix but opposite to my placenta which was high in the uterus. The ultrasound tech sounded positive and hopeful that it should resolve I was relieved because initially the ER had diagnosed me with placenta previa plus the hematoma. Turns out the placenta was high in the uterus by this time All praises to The Most High (I prayed for healing constantly because I had previa and bleed in my previous pregnancy that resolved by 20 weeks with prayer and faith).Then the doctor came in who was callous and said with it being so long she’s not sure and there’s a chance it could cause premature rupture of membranes. It was a kill joy. Finding your video has given me more hope in addition to the hope I have in The Mist High who I know can heal all things. I do have a few questions for you if you don’t mind me asking.
When you were on pelvic rest did you stay in bed? Did you leave your house at all or walk? I’ve been feeling bed bound because I don’t want to do anything to trigger another bleed. Also with bowel movements did you get increase spotting? If so how did you handle it ie did you take stool softeners? Or eat more fiber and let it make its way down on its own? I know this maybe personal tmi questions but these are things I really would like to know from someone who’s experienced this. Thank you in advanced!
I try to lay on my left side because I feel a pain in my right where it is near. When I lay on my right side I have increased dark brown spotting..

Hi Makeda! When I was on pelvic rest, I avoided cardio (anything that got my heart rate too high) and lifting anything more than 20 pounds- which includes my toddler. I would walk outside for about 30-60 minutes with my toddler (just so good for mental health to get outside) but it was slow and steady- nothing rigorous. I didn't use stool softeners, but I know that isn't uncommon for SCH women to do- I did eat lots of fiber---chia seeds, flax seeds, and then extra dietary ALAs in my diet as well!
That is so interesting. For me, I researched and also thought I experienced some "healing" pains to what I think what was happening leading up to finding out my SCH resolved. But good idea to lay on the side that is less painful. Let me know if you have any other questions
Yes I'm 7 weeks I think was surprised at the hospital to find out I was pregnant and then 2 days later I passed 2 blood clots and ended up in emergency again. I went to the doctors Friday they took my blood and I go back Monday for another blood test and I still have all the pregnancy symptoms ( superpower smell morning sickness ect) so I'm just keeping my prayers up that our surprise baby #4 makes it this also happened with my 3rd child & she made it she will be 5 Jan 2nd🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I had my first ultrasound this past Tuesday. I’m about 6.5 wks currently. I have a history of 2 miscarriages & woke up to blood Tues morning (freaking out) and thought for sure I was miscarrying again. Turns out I have a small sch & baby is fine. Literally burst into tears seeing the heartbeat & actually seeing a BABY! A miracle. Got a breakthrough bleed again today. It’s so scary but as long as baby is ok i’m ok😰 thanks for sharing this video, so reassuring.

Suffering with subchorionic hematoma , took progesterone shots by the instruction of my OB and suggested bed rest and suffering with leg pain on both like hell . Till praying to god for a healthy baby. It’s our dream for last 6 years. Waiting for our healthy baby 🥹

I started bleeding yesterday and I’m still bleeding today and my emotions are so whack and so is my boyfriends. And I do have SCH but it’s so nerve racking. I was diagnosed with SCH with my last preg never heard of it at all . So then I’m preg now just found out and I’m praying I do t have to go theu this again bc I had to be on bed rest . I now have a 4.5 year old a single mom idk what I’ll do . But for u remain calm and just rest . That’s all u can do really . I remember praying to God to just keep my daughter ok , she is beautiful btw AMD perfect. She was born full term too . It was good . I love that you are sharing your journey with this. Mine was also gone before baby was born, I bled mine out in huge clots about the size of my hand at 16weeks and was no longer visible the next day. The biggest mine got was 6.5cm didn’t tell me anymore about the size. Like you are saying to anyone going through this HAVE HOPE!! I gave up hope and couldn’t stop crying but my beautiful baby boy is now 15months old! 💕 I’m sorry you had to go through this it’s something no mother should have to go through and worry about.

So glad I found this. I’ve been so riddled with anxiety and tears the past 4 weeks. Got diagnosed with a decent sized one at 9.5 weeks and have been bleeding non stop till 14 weeks today with 2 major haemorrhages recently. They keep telling me bubs is ok but it’s hard to stay positive when you think it’s getting brown and going away and it suddenly comes back again. So many cramps to go with it. losing clots with heavy bleeding is the most terrifying thing. I’m really hoping it clears soonish. I just want to enjoy the journey and don’t feel I can yet at all 🥺😔 it’s my one and only little donor baby.

@@Gesh934 Hey everyone 👋🏻 thanks for checking in and asking how I am now! So in week 18, I lost a clot the size of my fist which majorly freaked me out but scans showed bubs was still ok. I had bleeding till week 20, then at 27 weeks my waters broke early due to the issues with the hematoma affecting my membranes for so long. I didn’t go into labour and ended up in hospital for a week being monitored (also in iso room due to my partner having Covid 😩) - I then went on to have ongoing monitoring twice a week at hospital with CTG scans, blood tests, doctors and growth scans, which managed to last until an infection scare at 32 weeks and landing in hospital another week. Went home for 6 days before another infection and them deciding to just deliver at 34 + 1! My little baby boy Oscar, arrived safe and sound via emergency C-Section and stayed in special care for two weeks for monitoring. We are all healthy now and loving life! Crazy stressful pregnancy, but he is so incredibly placid and fills our heart with joy everyday! 💜
Thank you for sharing your experience with this. I too am going through this on my 4th pregnancy. My first resulted in a healthy baby who is now 3 years old. My second pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 13 weeks 5 days. My 3rd pregnancy ended with a missed miscarriage that stopped developing at 5 weeks 2 days. I am 6 weeks 2 days pregnant and this is my fourth pregnancy and I received the news I have a subchorionic hemorrhage and I am devastated. I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

I found out I had a SCH when I was about 5 weeks pregnant, currently I’m 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant but with this being my first pregnancy I got so scared because I didn’t know that it was normal. I have an ultrasound to hear the heartbeat September 1st so fingers crossed that everything goes well. Will update after the ultrasound. Thank you for giving me a little more hope though with this video.

How did your pregnancy go? I hope it went well..
I'm currently 5 weeks 5 days. Started bleeding at 5 weeks 2 days, it started out very lightly but turn super heavy later the same day with some light cramps and I was also passing tint clots. My OB found a huge hematoma that almost swallow the baby. She told me that it 100% will be miscarriage, there's no hope. She suggested that I take an abortion pill to make the process faster, which I denied. I cried so much, believing that's it, I won't be able to see my baby ever. That was 2 days ago. My bleeding has stopped after the visit, there's no pain anymore. I'm more hopeful that the baby is still in there with me, and watching your video gives me more strength to just keep doing whatever I can to have my baby with me. Thank you so much for the hope 😍
Ah Maily, I'm so sorry you went through this. That makes me so sad that your doctor acted like there was no hope---there is ALWAYS hope. I'm so glad you found this video helpful thinking, praying, and rooting for you and baby!!
Thank you so much for giving hope. I am on my 5th week 2days pregnancy now. Bleeding for 13days already, I miscarried last year.
I was on ER, had ultrasound on the 5th day bleeding but nothing was found even the sac as my bladder was empty that time after 9hrs of holding it.
My hcg was being monitored and so far it was increasing. Doctors couldn't rule out anything yet.
Tomorrow will be my 2nd ultrasound and can't wait to hear the heartbeat of this bundle of joy, this is a God's gift to us. ... 🤰
