Hi Cheeky Tam, love your enthusiasm! Klepon is the name of the green thing in de front on the picture of the cookies. It’s made of muck bean flower. You have to put Pandan essential in the muck bean flower, that’s why it’s geen. The outside in coconut shreds and the inside is Gula Jawa. You have to boil it in water. It’s chewy like mochi, but delicious!

Yes not many people get to eat magical sea sponge (from the sea) I think it might be life changing I wouldn't be surprised if I start sprouting a mermaid tail tomorrow.
Loved this one. Indonisian snacks are always intruiging and generally surprising hey 😁 pretty sure i have had that one and it's a chicken curry flav and the littel spongey things are supposed to be chicken 😄 i'm an absolute sucker for teying any world noodle products as long as rhey are not sea food flavs 😁
You should try silver queen chocolate, it's so delicious that's chocolate from Indonesia 🇮🇩 👍🏻

You'd be appalled to see how much styrofoam, what you call polystyrene, is used in the US, Tam.
Don't see it being used as much as it use to be I am sure most countries are looking at ways to cut back on it.

4:12 No, they are not nuts, they're actually fried Onions! I know, the shape is pretty weird
9:49 That's a some sort of cake made by flour and Pandan Leaves, that's why it looks green. Inside it, there is a chunk of Brown Sugar, while there are Coconut Shavings on the outside!
