- A sample performance of famous etude "Melodious Etudes for Trombone by J. Rochut".
I think this etude is practiced by brass players in many countries.
I'm going to continue to record and upload this etude.
I try to record them at least three studies per month(of course more studies if it's possible).
[Attention]
I don't want to say this is the best way to play this etude, this is just one example. So just listen and practise them in your way!
It makes me happy if you write any comments to this.
Thank you for listening.

My teacher is making me play these and I have been just looking at each if your videos for reference, my weakest point in playing right now is using slight tonguing while slurring because I have a lazy tongue. I appreciate the videos!!
Thanks for your comment! :)
It's very important to have various kinds of tonguing on Trombone playing. :)
Good luck to your practice!
I personally very much enjoy it when experience musicians record practice routines.
I find it hard to get a piece in my head if I've never heard it before, yet if one doesn't practice right, one isn't likely to play right either.
thank you for making these! great playing!
Thank you for watching! ;)
Your tone in this etude is just amazing! This is what makes me proud to play the trombone!
Thank you so much for your videos!! My teacher has been giving me these etudes to work on and these will help me feel more comfortable with what I'm playing. I always feel like I'm playing music wrong when I can't confirm it by hearing someone else play it before/after 😅.
Thank you for watching my videos. 😊
I'm happy to hear that my videos help someone like this. 😉
Have an enjoyable practice! 🤩
I have been looking for this for years! I used to love playing it in high school. Thank you!
Thank you for watching! :)
Fantastically played! I needed to know how my audition music goes, and this helps me practice tremendously!
有難うございます。
Thank you for your wonderful comment!! :)
I'll keep to work on this project!
This sure helps me with my own study! That book is hard...
I hope so! :)
All of these videos really help with all region music. Thanks so much!
I'm happy to hear that these videos help other musicians! ;)
Thank you very much for posting this video! I used this specific etude for my university audition, and I ended up making it thanks to your demonstration! I was struggling a little bit with this piece before I found your video, so thank you for posting this!
Thank you for watching. :)
I'm happy to hear that my video helps you on this etude. :D ;)
Thanks for posting this! I'm using this Etude for an audition, and I've been listening to your video to hear how it should sound! :-)
Thank you! I didn't upload new videos lately, but I continue to make new videos and upload them soon!
Thank you for your comment! I'm very happy to see your comment! :)
Thanks for your comment.
I'm making video for Rochut and Kopprasch on Trombone and Arban's on Euphonium now.
It's enough to do at same time right now.
After these studies, I will think about 40 progressive studies. :)
But Kopprasch has 60 studies and Rochut has 120... :(
I'm not sure if i'm supposed to be playing etudes from this book with my bass trombone. The high notes are really killing me. This is the first song that's nice and comfy:)
I think it's not bad idea to work for it on Bass Trombone.
Also you should work for it one octave lower!! ;)

Okay. Although i'm really using the book to build up my high range. My band director wants all the trombones to be able to hit an A5 by next school year.
@@cicadaboi101did it happen!?
Thank you! :)
Yes, it is! :)
Bruh I just realized this was 12 years ago
Yes! We realized the progress of the camera as well. 😆😉
You are welcome! :)

チューバで僕もそれを吹いています!ベルカントルですよね?
そうです、テューバ、ユーフォニアム、トロンボーンでよく使われるエチュードです。
ボルドーニという人の書いたものなので、よくボルドーニと呼びますよ。 :)
Thank you! :)
