- A sample performance of famous etude "Melodious Etudes for Trombone by J. Rochut".
I think this etude is practiced by brass players in many countries.
I'm going to continue to record and upload this etude.
I try to record them at least three studies per month(of course more studies if it's possible).
[Attention]
I don't want to say this is the best way to play this etude, this is just one example. So just listen and practise them in your way!
It makes me happy if you write any comments to this.
Thank you for listening.

I’m a college student and my applied trombone professor is having me read through and master all Rochut etudes at the rate of 2-4 etudes/week and these videos are extremely helpful for me in terms of giving me an idea of what my etudes should sound like. Thank you for uploading them!
Thank you for watching. :)
I'm very happy to hear that my videos help you. ;)
Thank you so much ur the only reason I’m passing
Thank you for watching. 😊😉
I have watched your videos since the first etude you posted and man do I have to say your tone was beautiful to start with but it is even better now! Keep up the good work!!!
Thank you very much for your comment!! :)
Your comment gave me energy for next! :D
Thank you very much.
Thank you! Well done!
Thank you for watching. :)
I use YAMAHA model "Alain Trudel" mouthpiece.
I like that!! :)
During the second measure of the second page, is the high F supposed to be natural? Sounds like you played an F natural. I think my teacher in high school wrote that it was a mistake in the notation. Four measures later the F is marked natural and the whole section is manually put in E flat major I think.
I think it is F natural(mistake in the print). ;)
what type of mouthpiece do you use?
