Hello Dr. Neil! Thank you, this training video is life-changing information. I am just starting on my journey of psychology/counseling education, and I found studying your book at Regent University to be tremendous. I have one regret; I didn't start studying your material sooner. Thank you!
This is a breath of fresh air I am allowed to do something I am supposed too After being told I should just not do anything and let God do all things hearing this is beautiful I am allowed to do
I love your ministry and have followed it extensively. However I've had a hard time following your theology on casting out demons. My question is, "do the epistles say anything that would negate the commission in the gospels to cast out demons?"
Casting out devils in whom? Christians cannot be possesed. Opressed maybe. It's my understanding those gifts were for the early church, read the passage in context. Who is Jesus talking to?
I've ministered long enough to know who can have a demon. And the answer is this, who ever has a demon can have a demon. If you can sin, if you can be sick, trust me, you can need deliverance. Problem is the church has theologized that ministry of Jesus out of its practice. Some while knowing that it's still practical today. I haven't figured that one out.
Mark 16:17-20 This is the sign, Jesus said, whether if you truly believe Him or not, these signs will follow: In My name they will cast out demons,... very first sign!! Read it and ask Jesus for yourself. God bless you!
One more thought on your position that casting out demons is not mentioned in the epistles. The book of Acts is a new testament (post the life of Christ) book written in the epistles era. The apostle Paul himself cast out demons and wrote the majority of the epistles. That doesn't square with your assumption that something is to be drawn from the epistles not mentioning it when the writer of the epistles in the age of the epistles being written practiced it.
He cast out demons from none converts. Christians are possessed by God not Satan but Satan tries to lie to bind, blind and oppress the new convert to keep them ineffective.
What an amazing teaching.
God bless you Neil, and prayers coming your way.

Dear Neil, please get a professional microphone. Your volume is too low. Agape forever.

@Goodtree I've read many of his books. Great stuff! I've given the bondage breaker book to more people than I can count.
