Hey, Syd. I'm a photographer and just thought you might find this tip useful.
If you have a camera that can have filters screwed onto the front, you'll see threading on the front of the lense, and you can get a lense hood and polarising filter.
The hood stops lense flare because it shades the sun shining into the lense and you won't get those coloured spots.
The filter stops glare so the water won't make surfaces shine white so you will see the surface clearly and it also makes the sky beautifully rich blue.
You check the mm diameter of your lense written on it at the front and a camera shop will have them. Then screw the filter into the lense front and the hood onto the front edge of the filter.

@@ericsebina256 lol, sadly no filter for that, but I'd coat some perspecs in a hydrophobic layer in front of the camera personally. Still wipe wipe though, but much less :)

You can actually see where all the stonework is now! Before it was so covered with plant material it was hard to make out where the stone began and forest ended.

Sid I can see why you have been so successful, your customer service, professionalism and general manner makes you stand out from the rest, not to mention of course the quality of work. You can see you and the whole team worked their socks off on this job and the results show. I hope that the customer gets an influx of bookings from this as well, he showed true hospitality (which would give me confidence in booking a stay there) he also recognised that to get the best team you need to look after them. That was great! Top tip for parking on a steep hill, hand brake is a given as is leaving the van in gear but where you were you could chock the wheels and turn your steering in to the hill! That way if all fails and the van rolls then it's only going as far as the bank and not into oblivion. 😉 Nice job and I could smell that bbq from here 😋

Perfect match of an amazing client with an amazing contractor! All of your vids are fun to watch, but this lovely property was especially so. It was already beautiful, but the cleaning you did gave it so much class. As others have said, it's also great advertising for him! What an adventure. All the wood surfaces have come back to life and the driveway job is brilliant!
What a challenge. So much to clean; roofing, patios, furniture, stone walls etc. no wonder it was a 2 day job. Burton on Trent, I had two of my Mums brothers living in that area, one in Swadlincote, long gone. Used to go down there from Yorkshire when I was a child. Loved visiting them, Uncle Ernie and his wife lived in Newhall which was then in Staffs, I believe it’s now Derbyshire. Love your dedication to your work Sid and those helping you. Stunning place. Even more so after cleaning. He should have you all booked for a yearly maintenance clean of the property. With all the wood and stone, and the weather, I suspect it doesn’t take long for algae to take hold.
That's actually pretty normal. For larger projects (3+ days) in landscaping for hotels, we used to always get rooms. Plus breakfast. It was actually often like that in Germany, because the work was done outside of the main season anyway.
