You guys are documenting history that no other creators are compiling: bringing amazing guests into the spotlight while they are still around and able to articulate their unique, history making journeys, in intricate detail, from beginning to end. These interviews belong in the national archives. And you guys deserve all the credit and recognition for creating such important and groundbreaking content.

You can hear it bleed through in interviews with the amount of admiration and respect in certain episodes, like Mrs. Petersons.

I find it humorous when the guest is reluctant to elaborate on specifics because the audience/host will find what they have to say will be too boring, lol. Fascinating interview.

Reagan was the first person to call for Stingers for the mujahideen. Incredibly, he did this shortly after the Soviets invaded, as a Presidential candidate on campaign trail. It was a front page story in the Washington Post.

The Committee for a Free Afghanistan played a significant and influential role in lobbying for the Afghan mujahideen. This is a story that has never been told. If you contact David Isby and Otilie English you might get a really interesting scoop.

Great episode - however - w/all due respect, despite the fact that Mr. Devine has forgotten 1,000,000X what the average person will never know:
It was a COMPLETELY different world 30+ years ago.

@en Oy! Those comments were for a personal study. However, I was tasked unexpectedly six days ago and as a corollary, lost my train of thought. My Nom de Guerre cites the fictional character in honor of a venerable and distinguished war fighter who also is my long-time friend and mentor. Those who know me, call me Jack.

My time in the Nation Builders revealed much to me. Thank you Mr. Devine🫡. Lessons learned and those might be regarding Presidential power and the office's lasting effects, as well as, the value of officers in direct contact. 🥂. Around 2:15.. My reaction, wow.. serious balls😂
