    Sir..what's your opinion on protien + fat diet? Will it be good? Iam doing 30 days diet, As part of this iam taking mutton and eggs only with ghee and no rice and any other form of carbohydrates....and i see results that iam reducing a weight..Whats your opinion on this diet to give a try in short term?
