She's the epitome of old Hollywood, her movement and eyes in front of the camera are well thought of, always projecting and charming... There's no one like her, ever

I totally understand, Martin...very hard to watch. I choose to only see and watch Marilyn in happier times and she was, A LOT! Marilyn is often portrayed as sad & tragic. She had her ups and downs in life, as we all do...she was *HUMAN* ..So let's *CELEBRATE* her beautiful legacy that she left us all. : )

She will forever be in our hearts, sadly my husband passed last year but is meeting her in heaven.Rip buddy.Nance my husband and marilyn I will see u both there some day

Marilyn held herself so gracefully in this world and at times you could see she was in her own world..A world of heart ache and longing..This hurt to watch but thank you it was beautiful just like Marilyn.

Maaaan! There is something ethereal and glowing about her! I cannot believe she took her own life while she was that sought after!!!! Even our president and his brother wanted her! I think she was murdered for political secrets that might have spilt out during pillow their talk ! Same reason both president and his brother got assasinated!

      "DAZZLEDENT Way!"---M.M. 💋.
      On the dozenth day after
      the body of Marilyn Monroe
came to rest, and in her final repose of a life of taking a camera pose ---Atop my B-cake candles are smouldering-out, and six rising traces of smoke, from that little dying glow spot on the six wicks.
How close is this to a MM-something?
      (DOJ mm-file content: page w/ father's 35th next 30th Marilyn's)
      Happy Birthday MM! Coincidentally,
your 30th one, and my dad's 35th one,
are in your FBI files: "6/1/56" "4/27/56"
Take a deep breath to candle blow...

New information reveals her death was accidentall. It appears her doctor prescribed a new tranquilizer, far more powerful than what Marilyn was taking. When she took the same dosage, things went wrong. That is why she called Peter Lawford and why he could not understand what she was saying over the phone. He thought she was just very drunk and being overly emotional.

Marilyn Monroe was survived by her mother until March, 1984. Two weeks off the same day, a year later, a floral grave carpet of blossoms was over my mother. 1985. A florist masterpiece, a finite number of Rose Hills grave plots from those of Otis Monroe and wife Della.

A young and beautiful woman. Her memory will be eternal. We in Russia love it. We also show films with her participation. And now, when there is the Internet, the boundaries have expanded. What a pity that her life was cut short on purpose, Yes, Yes - interrupted.......
You can watch her footage forever.....
Thank you for this video archive

Both fascinating and heartbreaking to see this. Erma Bombeck was a well-known humorist, columnist, author here in the U.S. and once many years ago she made a serious comment about Marilyn Monroe. If my memory is right Erma Bombeck referred to Marilyn as "...the beautiful woman who was loved to death by the public". Many years ago I wanted to be a famous actor but I'm glad that didn't happen, that I can walk down the street or buy groceries and no one gives me a second look if there was even a first one. But maybe Marilyn in some way had to be famous, wasn't satisfied with being unknown. Too she had such a presence and charisma and beauty that she would be noticed even if she had never modeled or been an actress.

Since i first fell in love with Marilyn in the 80's, i have researched and read anything and everything i could about her life. I have become convinced she was a vibrant spark of light in a ruthless business that wanted to suck the life out of her.She struggled all her short career to be taken seriously as an actor, yet Hollyweird kept casting her back into the dumb blonde mold. Despite this,Norma Jeane LOVED her fans and her job,and sought the 'perfect love' to round out her life. The men she loved, either used her,or were eclipsed by her and couldn't deal with it,the only exception, imo, being Joe DiMaggio. He truly ,deeply loved her,but couldn't stand the massive attention she drew everywhere, esp.from men. Joe still loved her until he died,so sad☹. I also believe she was murdered by a particulare mafia head(SG),to keep her silent just as they murdered our then President. Ok rant over😊

Beautifully put. I couldn't agree more. I fell in love with her when I was six years old. I told my cousin who was two years older than me, "I like Marilyn Monroe." She said, "Oh, she's too sexy." I replied "What's sexy?"

A sweet, lovely lady who had many scars from childhood, but thought that fame would bring the love and stability she was looking for. Unfortunately, she chose Hollywood, that shows no loyalty or love to any of its stars. They are used and abused. She was too fragile to cope. Not many have the strength to handle it. She certainly had a special magic on screen and she left a brief but wonderful legacy.
