There was a Christian UA-cam channel who explained a similar topic with a 1 dollar bill. Even if it’s crumpled, slightly torn or wet, the bill still retains it’s value, because it’s a 1 dollar bill. It still has purchasing value if you exchange it to a bank to give you a cleaner one as long as it’s more the 50% intact.
I was quite hard on a woman who said that Mary is the mother of God and that Mary is the mediator between us and the Father. I explained with scriptures that it is not like that, after a few hours she apologized, she means that the Catholic Church teaches that but she admitted that the Bible does not say so. Guess she was reading the Bible like I asked her to.

The binding and loosing, it's a legal term and it's in regards of prayer - it is a connection to group prayer being in an agreement on prayers on a matter.

When it comes to the blood, I feel you could just say. The act of the cross is what gave the blood its power. Sure the act is important, but the blood is equally as important. If not more so now that the act has happened and it over. All that remains is the blood of our lord Jesus.
