Why do I like watching these so much? I really don’t know, but I do.
I love watching you doing the massaging for science and bone adjusting. And it is more complete if after the session you allow the patient to talk about the experience.
The dude is a solid Chiro for sure. I used to be a massage therapist and worked with several Chiros and acupuncturists, not a single one of them had the same feel that this guy does.
Much respect to you. I did alot of somatic realignment for serious injury and traumas. It was not feel good or relaxing by any means. Too hard on my body, finally went to med school. I have so much respect for LMPs. Their work allows chiropractic work to be effective. As muscles pull bone. Hope you are taking care of yourself and getting regular massages yourself!

Thank you, that was sweet. Unfortunately I had to give up massage bc I contracted Lyme Disease over 15 years ago, since then I've been a mess.

I wish I could see him. I am in CT and have watched so many videos, Dr. Tyler is so knowledgable, I was an Intraopertive Monitoring Technologist for years, sitting on a hard metal stool for 15+ hours, but I know what he’s talking about with the muscles and scalenes! ☺️ It would be AMAZING if I could go there to see him! I have a hernia disc in my neck ,,i asked the japanese physical therapist here in japan to that massage specially in my neck and my back pain,but the therapist refused me to that ,,,im not satisfied to his massage cuz its simple massage only ,,,im sad because he dont like to do that crack massage ,,how can i heal if he doin simple massage ?

I had my neck adjusted once in my thirties. I couldn’t relax before he did it. After the adjustment was done, my neck always popped and cracked when I would turn my head. After that I always had issues with my neck. Now thirty years later, these issues are a big problem. I wish I never had a chiropractor touch me. 😢

So Doc, Im curious...
I woke up with a "stiff neck" on my right side, nothing that I haven't had before but, it's been two months now of self treatment, ibuprofen, massage, stretching, and it's just not relieving, if anything, its getting worse. My POC is standing, rather than sitting. Putting my right arm above my head is even better. I have no numbness or tingling in my extremities. I went to my PCP and was given Flexeril and PT x 3 weeks. I'm on the 2nd week of PT and its just getting worse.
My medical history is an MVA back in 1982 at 19 y.o. where I suffered a closed head injury, fx left orbit, and a contused heart, as well as PVCs that resolved itself. I've had mild scoliosis since I was little. Other than ibuprofen, and flexeril, I'm on no other meds. As a chiropractor, what would your recommendation be?
have they done ischemic compression or releasing of trigger points around the area? I doubt a chiro will do much for it. Would be keen to know x-ray and MRI findings if you got some done on it.
