Your videos always show me new ways and easier ways of doing things. Thanks for the tips and that new way to tie a dropper loop, I plan on trying it out on Thursday. Thanks and keep on catching!
Great video. I have always used that knot to Tie my dropper loops and just thought it was a double overhand knot,, then I started fly fishing and found out it has a couple of names. Lol. Its sometimes called an Orvis knot too. What kind of gulp bait?
There's a variety of connection knot options for braid to fluoro/mono and we recommend tying whichever you are most comfortable with. We have an entire playlist on our channel of different fishing knots that you can check out!
@@visi0n_ thank you boss. I’ve been making this type of “shrimp flies” with a couple glow beads on the loop. Instead of wasting 3-5 dollars a pack from pline and other companies. Hopefully this upcoming week I get to try them out of Oxnard.
That back yard is 🔥 great vid
Thanks!

You use 80lbs line ?
The fluoro in this video is 60lb test!
Why 60LB test? Kinda think no? Why not 30lb?
Both could work!
Would this knot hold up a 15+lb lingcod??
It should be able to handle lings up to 30lbs
