Assalamualikum, I have been watching your videos as I started gardening for the first time. Thank you for sharing your videos, it helpped me a lot. Please can you advise me on my nagga plants. I managed to grow few healthly looking nagga plants. All 4 plants are about 40-50cms big. However it's been 2 months the plants have lots of flowers. I used the cotton bud method, however no naggas was produced for all 4 plants. Now im considering to throw the plants away. However I thought id ask yourself first, who are experts 🙂 thank you in advanced.
Wasalam This is a common problem amongst growing chillies indoors or in a greenhouse. As they are self-pollinating chillies do not require insects or the wind to pollinate, however if the stamen (male part) develops and is not touching the pistil (female part) this will lead to a sterile flower. Giving your plant a gentle shake occasionally will help solve this problem. Need to be patient!!! No hand pollination!!! As the weather is getting warmer the plant will produce Naga Morich.
@@AliRajaBagan Thank you for your reply and help! Ohhh I didnt know! I will follow your advice in sha allah and be a little more patient. Thank you again 😀
I am a chilli grower, started this year in March. Plants are still young. I watched this video and learned good tips and hints. I have been told to buy seaweed fertiliser to feed and neem oil mixed washing up liquid with water to spray the leaves to protect diseases Bought both are very expensive. Your method of aspirin, Epsom salt and organic tomato feed is economical. My youngest daughter Nadia help me in gardening. She reconditioned the soil in raised beds, installed greenhouse and large polytunnel. I am also a beekeeper and train local community and Nadia types lessons. I go three worm composers and feed worm liquid and compost. Your son is excellent speaker and explain like a college professor. Salam o alaikum both of you.
SubhanAllaah, imagine clicking on a video and seeing a brother i knew as a child growing up a few blocks away, you were always innovative!! Ali Azad bhai will know me and you know my brother better Abdul Malik from Abingdon house. Really heartwarming to see you bhai after all these years! Lovely video!
This is great, thanks for the very informative video. I’m from New Zealand where we’ve just entered into Spring. I’m growing chillies for the first time, wish me luck!
Just found your videos. Great seeing kids so enthusiastic on growing food. My chilies were rubbish this year due to lack of sun but last year I had padrons in the polytunnel and still have loads in the freezer! I didn't realise you can put them outside in the UK so this year I did put 2 out and they're doing really well, so brought the others out too. And hey, they're attractive plants anyway. After seeing your vids I'll put mine outside next year. I have cucumbers that went a bit mad in the tunnel, and always grow Italian tomatoes in there - last year had fantastic San Marzano's and still have some gorgeous passata that we made from them. I do not in the same bed as the cuc's btw. I have some italian squashes for next year that are a bit mad so looking forward to seeing how they grow. Keep up the great work guys.
Just came across your video, and going through all of them, thanks for the tips for the chillie plant. Your little son is very cute and smart, of course this is an old video, he would’ve grown up a bit. Thanks a lot I’ll be following all your time, as I was loosing my chillie plants regularly.
I just saw your video as I am growing chilli plants and lemon trees and tomatos this year aswell as lavender. So, Thank you. Its brilliant and so informative. I use the exact same ingredients for my soil except the chicken manure pellets which I will get. Great video! I have now subscribed. 👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🌶🌱
Nice to see young people involved in growing vegetable plants. I agree on the acclimatising of Zinga and Bangla lau. You need to harden plants off before taking them outdoors permanently. Nice informative video
My chili plants is 4 weeks old indoor ,its ok but when i put it in sun for few hours or keep it near window,it becomes soft and bends and eventually dying, please advise me
Gradually expose the plant to the sun, wind and cold. Its a process called harden off Hardening off tender plants. Plants raised indoors or in a greenhouse need to be acclimatised to cooler temperatures, lower humidity and increased air movement for about two to three weeks before they are planted outdoors. Over watering could be the reason your plants are dieing. Best of luck
Over watering or under watering could be a issue. Only water lemon tree when first 4 inches of soil is dry. Over fertilizeing with Nitrogen could be a issue. Don't use fertilizer for a month and then use phosphorus bone meal. Best of luck
😁 thanks few tweaks and should be a perfect grow.iv got about 12 chilli plants... Will put a few out side for the nabours...Will get a few bigger pots for my garden. 😎
Hi Ali, great gardening. Really happy to see that much crop in UK. please could you advice what is the pot mixture we need to use for Bottle guard and snake guard?

Salaam Ali Raja Bagan Bari - great video and very nice garden - i'm gradually working my way up in heat with chillies grown in my greenhouse - 5 years ago Jalepeno then onto Cayenne and last year i grew Habanero's - this year i'm growing 4 different Habanaro and a Dorset Naga - i've never seen the aspirin or epsom tip before so thank you for that - @#AliRajaGarden2020 do you think it would help the plant defend against aphid attack? Last my Habanero suffered quite a bit - My Naga is in a 50ltr pot so i'm very optimistic for a high yield. 'Sharing is Caring' should become your catch phrase - you are embodying your faith so thank you.
