Sevan you knocked this one out of the park buddy. The key moments and psychology of living a clean healthy life were so apparent. How Gary came from that initial podcast interview to the incredible human after 4 months was astounding. I pray for Gary to take his time in this next relationship but do feel good about Caroline ...she seems like an awesome gal. Great stuff ...miss your podcast big time Sevan. Keep up the awesome work .

Proud of you. I watched the first season 5 years ago. I have also let my health decline and I am putting myself back together. It was good to see the possibilities when a commitment to action is made.

KTFM2 did not disappoint! Thanks!! I wish Gary the best. I hope the shake out POST Games 2017 doesn't send Gary on downward spiral. Best of luck to all of you that were/still in the Media Department. Your content and efforts are clearly missed!! jg

I ate up the first series when it came out & I was new to CF. Then I saw the podcast & been chomping at the bit waiting for season 2. Well done Gary! I've had my own hiatus due to an injury/surgery/rehab and I too am on my road back to fitness. 💪💪💪

I truly believe your results would have been 99 times better if Danny Broflex was your trainer and nutrient coach

I wasn't a fan of most of season 2, but this last episode was really good.

Great series, very inspiring. But I felt like this was a Jerry Springer drama filled relationship Vlog. Not much actual diet or workout focus. I get his relationship was very important to this whole story but was a little much sometimes. Either way amazing outcome. Congrats Gary and all the best for the future.

Wish I had the group you had around you. That’s some powerful motivation daily, and great accountability. THAT is the hardest thing to have

That's why you join a CrossFit box. After a while when you build up the relationships with the people there you'll start to miss the gym, not primarily for working out, but mostly for hanging out with your crew at the gym. And they will help you as much as you will help them. Best of luck!

You can "sugar coat" it anyway you want but Dave is a home wrecker and Gary's ex is an adult baby going through a midlife crisis and her and Gary never really tried to get to the root of why she wanted to stray, they both just threw their hands up and walked away.

Gary should have gotten a dog. He is a little too over the top with everything, but I guess that makes him who he is. IMHO, the loss of a 24 year relationship needs a little more time and distance to heal. But hey, best of luck to him and why not, YOLO!

Wayward Woodworker no it does not. Over and done. He moved on and broke the rules. Be happy no matter what.

You can’t knock Gary. I was kinda sad to see the divorce. Actually a little pissed. Set me back from the first season. But you live learn and move on. Goodluck to both of them. Thanks for the positivity and motivation Gary!

I understand that we are more or less just getting 1 side of this story, but it's hard not to harbor some hard feelings toward this Dave guy. I hate to say I hope it happens, but it wouldn't be sad for her to find another fellow while she and Dave are actively together.
