- 1 glass of flour (200ml glass)
- 2 eggs
- 350ml milk
- salt pepper
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 1 small carrot
- 1/3 of a large bell pepper
- a small bunch of parsley or other herbs
Cut the tomato and pepper into small cubes. Carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the greens. And mix all the ingredients in a bowl. The dough will be liquid.
And then we fry like classic pancakes: in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown. Do not make the fire strong so that the pancakes have time to cook well. And be careful when turning over - the dough is thin and may tear.
The pancakes turn out delicious, the tomatoes make them juicy, the peppers, carrots and herbs also add their own flavor and aroma. Overall, a great option.
