There are many factors some don't like tax /other domains or they don't get that their desired domain or just because being in audit will help them to switch their career with little ease than other domains. And some are really interested in Audit. 😃

You should keep an eye on LinkedIn posts. As I can see many posts are appearing on LinkedIn for the Articleship vacancies of big 4 and big 6 firms.
