It takes an animal to know an animal. It's sad most humans failed to see that because if the complainers ad their way, it would look like the Cats movie. *shudders
The distinction between humans and (other) animals is caused by the fact that many (often religious) people deny the importance of biology. In particular, they think humans are something special ("above biology"), and therefore they don't like that (other) animals can do many of the things humans can do.
@@frankemann9125 No no, he was growling when Scar pushes Mufasa, then a few seconds later he growls with more intensity, when Simba appears shortly after, he makes crying sounds, it's clearly impressive

Out of ALL these similar dog reaction videos to this scene. Yours was hands down the absolute best. Your dog showed every appropriate emotion...love that! Enjoyed the subtitles as well. Great idea.
really just looked like he ran up to the screen to chase something he thought was a cat then when it was off screen he sat back down......but hey that's just me
I was just watching a video a few days ago where a doctor said that dogs are incapable of feeling human emotions, like, empathy or sympathy or sorrow. This video, clearly, proves that doctor wrong...... What a beautiful, intelligent, adorable animal
@@sobroed LOL, I think our pets enjoy tv much more than we realize. I came home from work one nite and snuck in the house so my dog wouldn't hear me. I go into my bedroom and there he is on the foot of the bed watching TV. That was so funny. I always leave the tv on for my pets when I leave the house.
Wow what a beautiful dog and amazing reaction, awe what a gentle caring soul knew exactly what was happening and felt all those emotions too😢. Sending big “it will be ok” hugs and treats from sunny Scotland 😂. Great job paw-parents 🥰🏴🇬🇧
Oh good lord that poor pup such a sympathetic reaction he's like no run Kitty he's bad don't trust him please don't show your pup Old yeller or with them big trouble 😂😆
I used to leave my tv on for my dog when I went to work. When I would get home sometimes she would frantically try to get me to go see what was happening.
Que hermoso perrito y que sensibilidad tiene. Que realmente vivió toda la preocupación y tristeza de Simba y Mufasa . bendiciónes 🙏 para ese perrito lindo🐶❤️
The tragedy of all tragedies lol. The sadder tragedy is that we humans as we grow older and "mature" lose the freedom of uninhibited emotional expression as seen in this dog. I know that the dog is not "acting" as such but expressing real raw emotions, but I think his display of compassion for a kitty cat entitles him to earn a grammy award.
Just imagine trying to explain why your dogs were barking so much and having to say “I’m sorry they were watching The Lion King and got emotional, you know how kids are.
When I heard the last dog in the video making sad sounds and whining, and the owner laughing, I realized that more people are beasts than some beasts. My heart was broken! Creepy trends of sick people, who harass their own pets for the sake of crappy views. I think that the dog will never again look at the owner with the same eyes, but as someone who delights in evil, just like those heartless people who cut the dogs' cakes. STOP TORTURE PETS FOR VIEWS!
I had a border collie back in the day and was convinced he knew all the English language, but had a strict Dog Doctrine from God not to reveal to the humans this ability until it was time. Amen 🙏
He is very intelligent as many animals et more than many people, and understand what is the sadness, the distress of a cry for help and when a danger arises, we imagine that he wants to warn little Simba of the danger, stop play with emotions of your dog to have like, I dont like see dog in distress!
Thanks man good video, All animals have feelings and everything you can think of, Beside this video you will see it when you have pets how they play and joke and care for the young and so on
Wow. I never thought I would see this with my own eyes. A doggie feeling sorry for a Cat. But not just any cat, a BIG Cat. Which would be a Lion. But only feeling sorry for the good ones who are the heroes of an LA Remake of a treasured animated Disney classic. That would be The Lion King.
A dog's emotional reaction to visual stimulation vis-a-vis an unnatural, human-contrived set of images sequenced in a manner based on human perception. This has to be some kind of sentience.
It’s amazing that one dog is enamored by the TV and the other dog completely ignores it. Which dog is smarter? Probably the one who ignores the TV because he knows its not real!
In the original version yeah. I think it adds more since it establishes their connection. Hearing Mufasa say, “Scar, help me!”, instead sounds as if he’s ordering it and not pleading for his life from someone he trusts to actually help him.
I am totally amazed by how absorbed the dog was with the movie. The dog understood what was going on.
It takes an animal to know an animal. It's sad most humans failed to see that because if the complainers ad their way, it would look like the Cats movie. *shudders
Dog’s like “Save da kitty! The big one and the wee one!”
1:40 me too.
Yes, he understood everything.
How can some people think animals don't have feelings or emotions? This video shows otherwise, such a smart dog!
They have good owners everything's been learned
People only say that for the animals they eat.
@@edilalewis654 Wild animals show compassion as well. Apperently, elephants visit the place where they fam. died.

The fact that your dog growls when scar is on screen is amazing no other dog that has reacted to this movie has acted like that
I just watched one other dog on UA-cam go off but the video is annoying up til that point.
The dog was barking and growling at zimba and mufasa too before that, how is it amazing

This is why they don't take him to movie theaters. He talks during the movie and tells people what is going to happen next.
