    Brian is so good at commentary he should be doing the games they are usually dreadful

      Agreed. They are all arse licking roadies, charged to play out the corporate/sponsors narrative of their deemed native son or daughter. Brian would be much better. And while we are at it, ditch those vacuous idiots that ask the daftest questions to the wining athletes at the end of each heat.

    Rogue should bring one event to South Africa

    • @kirstybrown1185
      @kirstybrown1185 4 місяці тому

      This isn’t a “rogue” event. It’s one that people in Dubai put together and had it connected to the official games. It’s an independent event. It’s why they get paid more than any other competition, except the CrossFit games. They may supply equipment for it but this isn’t one of their invitationals. They’re just a sponsor, they don’t run the games.

    Never understand why workouts are released in advance, for a competition. Unless there's a bit of kit that for safety, practice is recommended

    • @kirstybrown1185
      @kirstybrown1185 4 місяці тому

      Your comment is confusing, your second comment contradicts your first. Do you think they shouldn’t be released or do you think they need to practice? Assuming a word has changed while you were writing. Personally I think any invitational events should be announced and the CrossFit games themselves be left a surprise.

    Omg the commentary is slightly annoying lol the people or lanes are announced then the commentators repeat what was just said… then as each event starts they then repeat the workout every time an event starts lol

    Typical, squat depth on those front squats was very questionable. Love crossfit but they need to get these pro athletes doing this right. Its a simple movement. Get below parallel!!
