sports capital? look at the enviroment HOT. localized to only one spot in city. zero crowds equals hard push for competitors. just money only.
Dubai a sports capital? Lmao. Athletes only go there for the money, they don’t go there otherwise.
It's a statement to promote the sport in the place. USA claims it's the best country in the world, India claims its the best democratic country and so on.. all are statements to portray itself as a bigger thing for marketing purposes and nothing more. You don't have to read everything with a microscope.
