Car cardiac care Mysore Pure Oxygen & Hydrogen carbon cleaning technology decarbonisation of engine Mysore, Karnataka. Vehicles that run using fuel does so by burning the fuel inside combustion chamber. When anything burns, smoke and soot is formed. Only 80% of the carbon so formed during combustion is ejected out through the exhaust. Rest 10% is removed through lubrication oil change. Remaining about 10% remains inside the combustion chamber on the valves, cylinder head, piston-top, cylinder wall etc.
This sticky carbon is the silent killer of vehicle’s engine. Because this carbon build up reduces the air suction capacity, thus affecting the combustion efficiency. This results in reduced throttle response, reduced power, mileage and smoothness, also increases noise, vibration, emission & black smoke.
Car cardiac care Mysore has introduced the POH ( Pure Oxygen & Hydrogen) carbon cleaning technology for the first time in Mysore. Through this we can remove carbon in just 30 minutes without dismantling the engine.
vehicle loses its initial performance as soon as it crosses 30000 km or so. Power-loss, Mileage drop, Reduced Pickup, Vehicle feels a lot older, noise, no drive comfort - all these become cliché terms and the service routine gets shorter and shorter.
This is a preventive maintenance for vehicle’s engine to remove the excess sticky carbon formed during combustion. Sticky carbon reduces combustion efficiency - affecting performance & fuel efficiency, increases emission, noise, vibration, wear & tear etc. Oxy-hydrogen technology is a clean & non-harmful process which removes sticky carbon from combustion chamber & related parts using a very simple science - carbon is removed as CO2 and Water vapor in presence of Hydrogen and Oxygen.
Oxygen and hydrogen gas produced from pure drinking water are sucked in by the idling engine as per the engine requirement through the vacuum tube or air intake. After the process time as decided by the service person is over (Minimum of 20 minutes), the vehicle is turned off and the vacuum tube or air inlet is restored. After restoring, the vehicle is turned on again and is driven for around 5-10km.
