Born in raised in Rajasthan dal bhati churma is an emotion like chole bhature for Delhi people (married in delhi so yea) N for dal paratha we make good ones soak channa dal boil it... Pan dry it add green chilli onions n masalas n make parathas mast lagte hai Try it once

Hamare ghar m jis din thanda khana hota us din k liye daal k parathe banaye jate hai... but usme sirf utna hi daal ko ubaalte hai jitne m vo alag alag rhe moong jese... not liquidy... fir usme masale wagera daal k mix kr k ye stuffing parathe m krte hai... i love it 🤤

Dal prantha is leftover dal jo subha atte mein milke add some sooji and harimirch and all spices then with ghee it is called missa prantha with butter and dahi and then try and please vist mukstar and bathinda you will love the food
Chana daal is boil and then mix with onion coriander leaves chilies salt ginger etc and is tossed in pan then the stuffing is put inside paratha that is how daal paratha is made it’s not just boil daal mix with wheat dough it’s same like aloo paratha process

Purani pooli is a daal paratha as we put chana daal ka thick stuffing in it..vaise hi koisa bhi bana sakte hai..
