I opened a Sea and Sky box last night and had 12 hits out of 14 packs (if you include radiants as hits, 2 of them were Eternatus)

I opened two of them and pulled everything. Arceus, Giratina, Mewtwo, and leafeon vstar. It was insane. Opened a couple other ones and got Entei, Suicune, Zeraora vstar and Samurott V that I didnt have. Ive had worse luck with the ETBs.

There is no question here that they have nerfed. The pull rates when crown zenith first came out, the pull rates were eighty to ninety percent per ETB per wave 1. This has been the most batched set in the history of pokemon throughout all the different waves.
Ive opened SIX of these sea and sky boxes and I’ll be honest the hits do seem nerfed just a bit. I didn’t get anything too crazy. And just a few days ago I bought a morpeko premium box and got TWO gold cards in it the Garatina and the Dialga
I feel like it is so I just don't have a large enough supply to test

i’m gotten crazy pulls in the box i opened-arceus, suicune, deoxys, and a bunch of ar-in fact only 2 of my packs didn’t have hits so i guess i got licky
Just tested one of mine with 10 hits. in order pulled- Irida GG63, Radiant Charizard, Lunatone GG11, radiant eternitus, Pikachu 160, Mareep GG34, textured fighting energy, Duraludon v 103, rotom v 045, Bibarel GG25.
That's a solid box man! Def a little better than mine lol
Like the video. I had really good luck with the box I opened. Gold Arceus and the Mewtwo Vstar as the two best hits with 7 others.

Nice Experiment! I recently opened a Crown Zenith ETB and got 7 hits out of the 10 boosters. Not that great pulls but definitely worth the opening and planning on opening another CZ ETB soon. We will see if it can beat the last one. Thanks for the video!

The Sea & Sky boxes just are not seeded whatsoever. I have opened 10 boxes and they are all drastically different for the most part. One box had the gold Giratina and Mewtwo vstar😵while another box had two freaking trainer gallery cards worth 50 cents each lmao! Fun to open but I am keeping the few I have left sealed.

I just went through a box and just had 3 packs with pulls (4 cards total, nothing significant). Also got 5 Heliolisks as my rare card. My kids and I opened 10 packs from another box and had about the same luck. Not overly impressed with the Sam's box.
I cant give exact numbers like *hits/packs, but I can give the price point I was working with.
I bought 10 Sea and sky boxes and saved one.
Out of the 9 that I bought to open, (360usd), the value that my wife and I pulled was around 480.
Major hits were Arceus, Giratina, Raikou, Mewtwo, Darkrai, Zoroark, Regigigas, and Radiant Charizard.
Those were on top of multiple art rares and V/star cards.
I bought 5 more today, and we pulled another Raikou, 2x leafeon alt arts, Dialga, and a few other fairly valuable cards.
All in all, I feel that I got my money's worth. Wife and I had a great time ripping packs and we also got many bangers in the process. If possible, I'd like to do one more round of them, but they're 100% worth it in value compared to ETBs.

Crown Zenith is my favorite set. I only need 12 more galarian gallery cards to complete my set. Unfortunately, the Sea and Sky boxes are not available in Canada.

I think the comments say it all but 14 packs vs. 14 packs is not a sufficient sample size to determine average pull rates. It’s an average. If you were to open 150 sea and sky packs, 150 ETB packs and 150 Morpeko packs and saw 35% vs. 57% pull rates, it would be a conversation. But time and time again people who have actually tracked their pull rates from different products long-term have shown that all products are basically consistent with the set average at scale.

I’ve had some pretty good pulls from the sea and sky boxes
Best pull I've had so far was the gold Palkia
This theory that change pull rates based on individual product makes little sense in real world manufacturing. To change pull rates would have to start in the beginning step of the manufacturing process. The graphic design team would have to change the sheet layouts depending on the layout of "hits" they don't want to overprint. The printing presses would all have to be adjusted to print more holo/non holo rare's to fill the gaps. all the sorting machines would need to be adjusted to change the amount of "hits" per pack. Coming from manufacturing standpoint changes like these take a lot of time and cost a lot of money to make in the long run. Pokémon is making the same amount of money either way and purposely changing an established product to give their customers less value per pack is not a good business practice. Just like the argument people had for no more S&S sets would be reprinted because of the yellow borders. Its all manufacturing and printed no matter the color of the border. There's good boxes and bad boxes and for each box with 7 or 8 hits another box needs to have 4 or 5 as its all the luck of the batching. For heavy hitters your talking about S&S sets with horrible pull rates already with some booster boxes having a single vmax for the box hit so of course 3 or 4 packs of each of these sets is a hail marry chance.

I opened one sea and sky box, best pulls were the secret rare pika, zeraora vmax, mew gg, and a friends in sinnoh. Not super great but still had fun.
Zenith is THE goated recent set. It’s the first set I mastered and still the set I had the most fun cracking packs. 🎉🎉🎉

These are definitely nerfed. I’ve opened about 10 sea and sky and 3 were good but the others were terrible. It just depends if you pick the right one. 2 of the boxes had 2 hits only and the 3 good ones had 12-14 hits each.the others had about 6 hits each and nothing great. Got the Lucia unknown box and pulled the dialga. Won’t buy anymore sea and sky, it’s to risky and I have most of the small stuff I need. But good luck to all.

For SF I open 2 of the booster bundles and for me they are cracked got 9 hits out of the 12 packs no big hit but hits are hits
I have had bad luck with SF. I have had some awesome pulls but they are 1 out of like 12 packs lol
I opened 1 box got 10 pulls 2 sir and a suicune v worth 19 raw so I felt the value was great in my box

These Sam Club boxes seem weak in general. Their selling point is their price. The ETB and morpeko box will cost you more but will probably hit better.
That is how I feel as well. Still better hits then the Heavy Hitters boxes though.
