In my opinion, I believe that God created all of us in his image and likeness. He also gave us charge and dominion over these beasts of the earth and creatures in the sea. They are here in service to us the human race. God also said for us to multiply and prosper. Every inch of this planet Belongs to mankind. Unless you are an atheist or you follow the nonsense teachings of Darwin. In my opinion these elephants will need to be moved. Period. Hungry human beings will always come first and rightfully so.

@mome do you know that a single kick from an elephant could crush most of ur bones? and the elephant anyway couldn't breathe. but at the end of the video, they say that "it opened eyes so back off". In Sri Lanka most of the wild elephants kill people, but we don't go and hunt them back. We take necessary measures to avoid contact and help them when they need it. Try to appreciate the efforts they put.
B.S. They likely OD'd the elephant with too much tranquilizer. In any event they were way too rough with the animal. The guy hacking with the machete was risking a hack to the animal whether or not he did. The trunk was not bleeding until after the guy was tearing away in a manic fit with his wire cutter. Others were walking on the animal. To me they mostly acted like a bunch of crazy careless apathetic lunatics. And of course the animal died that is why they did not show any conclusion. This whole clip is disgusting and so are any of you turkeys who rationalize any defense of it. Jeeesh!

Now close that up. What are you going to use ?? (Probably talking about the type of cartridge). Rescuer responsible for tranquilizing - (inaudible) shows the type of cartridge. Trained VET - You follow him from behind with the gun for protection. At the elephant- Trained VET 2:44 - Cut the cable off the trunk quick Rescuer with white cap - Hand me the cutter. Trained VET - Quick cut the cable off quick cut it off. Rescuer in the background 2 - Get the knife out bro (Machan means bro) Rescuer with blue cap - knife knife knife get the knife. Trained VET - Try and cut the cable quick. Rescuer with blue cap - Hand over the knife bro. You stand back. Rescuer in the background - Watch out for it’s breath. Rescuer in the background 3 - Don’t worry I got it, it’s wrapped around the tree trunk. Trained VET - Rasika prepare the Amoxicillin. Rescuer with the blue hat - watch it he may get up. Trained VET - No no he can’t get up but he may fall on his side. Rescuer in the background - Let’s push it down. Trained VET - Yeah yeah let’s push it. Let’s push it to this side. Rescuer in the background - Sir let’s push it this side there is a little slope on this side All rescuers - Push it push it let it fall on it’s side and check if it’s breathing as well. He is not breathing. Oh wait he does. Now everyone push together. Trained VET - Come on guys quickly cut the cable off. Rasika go get some water get it quick. All rescuers - there there get some water from that puddle over there. Don’t panic there is only little bit more to cut. If he gets up be ready to run. Massage it’s chest massage it’s chest. Really appreciate the rescuers. Get some good wire cutter and never twist it make the injury worse. The elephant is very weak so take care about sedating dose.

I Wish there was a way to blacklist certain channels that use clickbait / wrong information so that one never has to watch one of their videos again. This channel would be top of my list
I would have liked to see a happy ending. But for those being critical about too much anesthesia, keep in mind: 1. They have no way to weigh an elephant in the wild. They must guess how much anesthesia to give. 2. This elephant was likely exhausted by the time the rescuers arrived. 3. He may not have eaten or had water for days. He was in a very bad way and not resisting the humans at all. If he died from anesthesia, at least it was a gentle end and his suffering did not continue for several more days. These rescuers did their best.
It's great to have guys like these "hero" to save such a beautiful animal. Thanks guys...if they have a p.o box I'll send them some bigger bow cutter than the one they're using.

Most of us can't understand what they're saying. It looks very much as if the elephant dies near the end. Many in the comments ask about this, but I don't see any responses by the uploader. Did the elephant survive? The team was great, but it's hard to imagine you'd post a failure to rescue it. Surely it lived! Please let us know! ~♥~

It’s so sad that he died. But I cannot deny the humbleness and kind effort the men put into trying to save the eley. They tried hard to save and rescue this poor soul. I am very sad to see such a beautiful creature die.. but they were trying to save it.
Looks like they didn't mean to but they killed that elephant. He wasn't breathing at the end of the vid. Also what happened to that elephant with the giant tumor. All we saw was him being tranq...What happened to That elephant they used that front end loader to prop up, Did it survive? So many no ending vids. Good to know they are trying to help, it would be helpful if they;d finsh one of these or up date it.
Elephant was overdozed and died... Wasn't breathing for a good 2-3 minutes until the guy realized and started pumping useless hands to bring back to life the elephant..sad but true.
People should not accuse them of killing the elephant if it did die. Giving an anaesthetic under those circumstances is very dangerous, but they had to do it. Who knows how close the poor elephant was to death. Be careful before throwing stones.
If they are not veterinarians they shouldnt be allowed to do that; they dont know the right tranquilizer dose for an animal and they ended up killing MANY! No wonder there's no happy endings in these "rescue" videos; BIG FAIL AND FAKE TITLE TOO!!
@@alerey4363 Seeing their gear they look like Forest Officers. If thats the case they would have been trained for such situations. Also they probably would have some vet with them too.
It most likely wasn't too much tranquilizer, the elephant had been there for days and had lost condition, so it probably couldn't take the tranquilizer.
I think you need either new bolt cutters or to sharpen those you have ~ just saying! And yes, please do not end your videos before you show the elephant back on it's feet awake and recovered, please!

It's not ok. Unfortunately she died when they accidentally killed her with an anesthetic overdose under a stressful situation 😥

It’s so sad that he died. But I cannot deny the humbleness and kind effort the men put into trying to save the eley. They tried hard to save and rescue this poor soul. I am very sad to see such a beautiful creature die.. but they were trying to save it.

Looks like they didn't mean to but they killed that elephant. He wasn't breathing at the end of the vid. Also what happened to that elephant with the giant tumor. All we saw was him being tranq...What happened to That elephant they used that front end loader to prop up, Did it survive? So many no ending vids. Good to know they are trying to help, it would be helpful if they;d finsh one of these or up date it.
The elephant survived.
Elephant was overdozed and died... Wasn't breathing for a good 2-3 minutes until the guy realized and started pumping useless hands to bring back to life the elephant..sad but true.

People should not accuse them of killing the elephant if it did die. Giving an anaesthetic under those circumstances is very dangerous, but they had to do it. Who knows how close the poor elephant was to death. Be careful before throwing stones.
If they are not veterinarians they shouldnt be allowed to do that; they dont know the right tranquilizer dose for an animal and they ended up killing MANY! No wonder there's no happy endings in these "rescue" videos; BIG FAIL AND FAKE TITLE TOO!!
@@alerey4363 Seeing their gear they look like Forest Officers. If thats the case they would have been trained for such situations. Also they probably would have some vet with them too.

Elephant had died. That's why you see one of the guys pushing on it's rib cage to get it breathing. Too much tranquilizer!
Wil he was alive when he was crouched down. I think when they pushed him over the wire tightened and choked him to death.

It most likely wasn't too much tranquilizer, the elephant had been there for days and had lost condition, so it probably couldn't take the tranquilizer.
If Tranquilizer didnt kill him, the dudes did. Jump and standin on his feet. he might look big n tough, but even he felt this stepping pain
