Thanks for uploading these two fine cuts, and solving the mystery. I first heard WH on Pandora. My ears told me he must be a flatpicker and a fingerpicker at the same time, but I couldn't imagine how that was possible.
Hi there! Unfortunately Wayne is not affiliated with this UA-cam channel and I don't think he reads these comments. Obtaining a Henderson guitar directly from Wayne is quite an odyssey and his wait list can be many years. However, if money is no object, you can check out the second hand market as they do become available every now and then. If you're interested in learning more, please check out Allen St. John's book "Clapton's Guitar," or better still come to Virginia for Wayne's festival every June! Thanks!
Awesome rendition. Really liked that style of picking
Love the way u pick great job.
Excellent pickin! 👏 Very unique looking banjo too 😉

Great job on this tune, and an extra thumb up for the Boston Red Sox headgear!
Nicely done
Down with the thumb and up with the index, then get the cross-pickin' effect with the thumb, index and bird fingers. This sounds mighty fine Wayne.
Awesome rendition, thanks so much!
One of the best versions I heard to date, that goat should feel pretty good.
Nice pickin', awesome sounding guitar!
Great playing! I also love the combination of Southern accent with Red Sox cap! (I'm a BoSox fan.)
Nice playing and nice sounding guitar!
excellent playing
"Flatpicking" with finger picks... I'm impressed!
Never seen anybody playing a guitar so much like a banjo
@thehillbillyscotsman
He told me he lived in Mouth of Wilson, VA. I am sure he speaks the loca accent.
Kind of a Scruggs style flatpicking?
How do we get a hold of you for a quote on a guitar?
