I would advise travelling to Diu next few months. There’s so much construction going on everywhere and roads are terrible right now. Maybe in a year or so, it’ll be better!
Yes, It will be good time to go. Will be a little warm and sunny with occasional cloudy weather. Still can be enjoyed with pleasant evenings and mornings.
Yes! It will be rainy and the sea will be stormy. Watersports might be closed. Very less tourists and off season so cheaper rates for hotels. Can be a a good short trip!

Deposit vendor to vendor depend karta hai. Generally it is not more than a day's rent. Aur DL dikhana/dena padta hai.
