  • My variant of Celtic cross.
The Celtic cross is a form of Christian cross featuring a nimbus or ring that emerged in Ireland, France and Great Britain in the Early Middle Ages. Pattern includes vector formats, so it can be used for laser cutting, CNC or cricut machine.

Wow. You make it look easy. Just bought the pattern, but having trouble staying on the lines. What blades do you use?

Hello, I use only flat blades, I never use spiral. I dont say they are better or worse, I think it the matter of habbit. For this project I used Flying Dutchman ultra reverse #1 blades.

man just stumbled on the channel great work! What type of wood are you using that it looks so clean? Also what type of paper are you using to print your designs?

Hi, thanks. Usually I use laminated MDF or HDF (medium/high density fiberboard). Paper - it is adhesive paper, brand "Crystal" (also it calls labels or sticker paper. "Crystal" produced in Ukraine) I saw similar paper "Xerox" - I think it is more popular brand.

Why are the patterns so expensive £10.95 is to much for me

Hello, some of scrollers are asking me how I calculate the price. Here are some facts. It takes up to several days to make one pattern, starting from looking for an idea, hand sketching, drawing at vector graphic program, importing to 3D program and checking 3D look, often remaking some details. Also I cut all patterns myself to show customers photos and video of finished projects. (Unfortunately now, after I with my family left Ukraine to be safty, I cant cut new projects, so I post only 3D visualisation). Etsy has fees I have to pay using this marketplace. Also Etsy adds VAT for some countries, for example original price for this cross is 9,5 (15% added by Esty to customers from your country, seller dont get this sum). One more fee it is servise of Westernbid, it helps ukrainians to get payments from marketplaces like Etsy, Ebay, Amazon ect, because I cant get payment directly from Etsy.
So there are a lot of facts which customers dont know, I just can say that my patterns are high quality and detailed. And pattern making and scrollsawing is not only income for me, it is part of my life.
Anyway thanks for watching my videos.
