Welcome new cruisers😊. The Virtuosa is beautiful and I'm sure you'll have wonderful time. We're going on Meraviglia this Oct. Have a great time!!! God bless😊💕
Hi Tony. Thanks for taking us along on your cruise. Regarding the room, I think power outlets on both sides of the bed would be a good improvement, not only for clocks / charging, but for those with medical equipment used during sleep. I agree with you about the somewhat limited storage space, especially for a balcony cabin. Was the space under the bed available for suit cases etc?
I do not know if you mentioned the quirk that we noticed on one of the last MSC cruises before covid. There is a 13th floor, but no 17th floor. 17 is the unlucky number in some parts of Europe. Great work Tony as always.
Thanks for the great cabin tour. The longer sofa is a nice feature. But the lack of power outlets, small closet space and small bathroom would be a challenge for my partner and me.
I like the sliding doors for the closets. Carnival should try and do something similar for the 3 closets they have in most balcony cabins. Those doors always get in the way when getting into them on Carnival.
@@waynejohns752 I will tell my husband. That will make his day. He’s been reluctant to go back to Carnival after having a shower door on RC. It seems like a minor thing to me but it’s a big deal to him. 🤷♀️
Ironically, the layout looks a lot like P&O's Iona, which is the same basic design as Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras looks like it has more storage, though than Iona or Meraviglia.
So this cabin will be enough for me really don't need anything more now I will await your Mardi Gras cruise if you and Jenny choose to do regardless I know I will be fully entertained by you both thank you for the past couple weeks know I enjoyed it all immensely
I've been going solo on Princess for 5 years now.Their inside cabins have lots of storage and closet space and their bathrooms are much roomier than the one you've just shown on MSC.
@My Social Media I loved all of them that I've sailed on. Royal, Regal, Caribbean.& Crown.Looking forward to the Enchanted Princess this Spring. It's new ,so I'm hoping to see some new features.I've never had a bad Princess cruise. They may not have all the bells and whistles like roller coasters, ice skating rinks etc but they have great service and beautiful ships.
Overall nice cabin especially for the price but I do agree it looks like they need more storage. Sounds worth it to me. Safe travels getting home I know you can't wait
With the exception of furniture placement (our couch was by the balcony), the cabin looks just like ours on the Norwegian Bliss. Looks pretty standard to me and ample considering the amount of time I'd spend there.
It's not a bad room at all... Yes, person's size may make it seems mall... you're right about that part... but for the price, and the cruise length, it is very good...
Good price for having the things that were included. 4 days would be enough though. Not enough storage. Your bathroom on Mardi Gras is at least that small, maybe a bit smaller, unless you booked something larger than a balcony. Good luck.
Thanks Tony for putting this Cabin Video up...I was curious as to how it would look..Ill be in a cabin 4 doors down on Thursday, I was on Seashore 2 weeks ago.
Looks a nice size. Thanks for taking us along with you for theses two cruises. Looking forward to your reports on the Mardi Gras. I do like Carnivals balcony cabins they seem a bit bigger. Save trip home!
Thank you for sharing! It was okay! It had a few fancy features but nothing that stood out that made me say Wow, I must get on that ship! However, it was a really good price if you just wanted to get away without breaking the bank.
Nice cabin. I like the couch. Would be tight for two. Great price though so would be worth tight quarters for four days. Thanks for sharing. Like your shirt
Your cabin is almost identical to my balcony cabin on the newly refurbished Norwegian Spirit (February 2020 right after it came out of dry dock) I understood these cabins are built off site and slide in like dresser drawers during drydock. They must have been built for MSC and Norwegian by the same company. Same neutral paneling, bathroom controls, sink, etc. and that very small closet, It was a little small for my tastes - even as a solo traveler. Maybe this is the new trend back toward smaller cabins?
Great tour of the room ~ Looking forward to our cruise on this ship October 16!!! You had a great view of the island for sure! Our balcony cabins are odd numbered so I guess we'll be the ones sitting on the beach for the light show... that's not a bad thing lol
Room card in slot to turn on lights is a very European thing with most hotels having them. It's a great way to save on electricity since you won't accidentally leave the lights on all day.
NEW: Hi Tony & Jenny! Appreciate your vlogs. I find myself tuning into your channel on a daily basis. Will be experiencing our first cruise from Long Beach to Ensenada aboard the Carnival Miracle in October. Excited!
Balcony cabin seems average in size however the couch is a nice added item. I want to go on MSC not because of the cabin or food but because I think the decorations around and the crystal stairs are fantastic! So its an even scale of likes and dislikes. I would still give it a shot. Thanks for sharing :)
Nice cabin. I was wondering about them. Thanks for the info. Wasn't familiar with MSC, and these vlogs help me make my selection of cruise lines. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve been on the MSC Seaside. It’s one of the newer ships. They have a delicious gelato and chocolate area on board. It’s part of an Italian family shop with their homemade recipes. The family sold the business but you still get their great gelato and chocolate! I’m wanting to go on their new ship SeaShore.
Very European room, from outlets to unit by door to put your card in to work lights. On my first trip to France I spent some time trying to get the lights on before I learned the routine. Hint for lack of no outlets by bed. We use power banks, charge during day and then put by the bed for all of our plug-ins, that we like to keep beside us, to charge at night.
That's a very good price for just one person in a balcony with the extras included. 👍
Great to see a beautiful trusting relationship with no selfishness from his wife, so busy with work and could not go on this cruise - wow.
Yes that's awesome
I like the bed is next to the sliding balcony door for unlimited ocean air😀
Great complete cabin tour. Not enough storage for two people or a long cruise.
I REALLY like the foot bar in the shower.
Sitting in the waiting area waiting for my test results, looking forward to this last bit of cruise youtube binging before boarding :D
Yay! You’re so lucky! Enjoy!
@@maryjobarnes it took no time at all! I arrived at the port at 1230p and was on the ship by 145p! I was settling in for a 3 hour wait!

Yes, my suit case went under the bed fine.

Wow, 4 days and travel just with 4 Hawaiian shirts ! Wish I can pack that light, lol. Haven't been on a MSC, so thanks Tony for this video.
Lots of other clothes in the suitcase. I just tried to pull out what I wear.
Nice cabin 600 not bad price thank you for showing us around. Hope you had a good safe journey back home .
We swam in that Lagoon and it was much calmer than the ocean areas, we loved the lagoon area.
Thanks for the great cabin tour. The longer sofa is a nice feature. But the lack of power outlets, small closet space and small bathroom would be a challenge for my partner and me.
I'd want a bit more room in the bathroom. The rest looks A-Okay. Thanks Tony!
A 4 day cruise is a VLOGGERS dream. Enough time to show the ship, room, entertainment and food.
Beautiful view from your balcony
I also can’t resist picking up a sofa cushion to see if there is a pull-out bed under there 😎
Hi! I’ve been waiting for the cabin video haha!
I had an inside cabin on this ship last March ( 2020) and it was huge. I was quite surprised
Glad you had a great time tony!! Cant wait til our cruise its been almost 2yrs. Super excited! Thanks for sharing.
I like the sliding doors for the closets. Carnival should try and do something similar for the 3 closets they have in most balcony cabins. Those doors always get in the way when getting into them on Carnival.
Love the shower door. That’s something I wish Carnival would get instead of those shower curtains.
Mardi Gras has glass doors!

Hey Tony !! It was great meeting you, you we’re definitely one of the positives from the cruise for me and my family.

I like the light idea for the clean/ do not disturb option in your room

Thanks for the tip on the starboard view. Gonna try to move my Sept Divina midship balcony from port side to starboard.
Heheh! You called your undies Voldemort. Hehehe! Good job as always Tony! Thank you!
Thanks for this. I just booked my son in this cruise. I’ve never been on it before.. however, not only did I book my son, but I’m now booked as while.
You do a great service...Thanks 👍
Great video Tony. Know you can’t wait to get home to the Mrs….
That looks more comfortable than my last 2 Princess cruises balcony cabins where not only was there no couch there was only one chair!!
Looked perfect to me!!!
Thanks Tony! Good information . We will be cruising that ship soon.
Glad you had a great time. My wife and I enjoy your Vlogs
I spent a lot of time in the lagoon back in Jan 2020, my last cruise before the shut down,
This video helped me make the choice to try MSC Cruises. Thanks
Any cabin is a great cabin when your on a cruise!!!!!
Tony, glad you’re home with Jenny B in Spring Hill! Enjoy!
Maybe you can live stream the whole train ride home??
Can't wait for our cruise on Aug 16th! Covid test scheduled and we be on our way.

We are in 11147 in November! Ty for the tour Tony!
Great tour. Thanks. Cabin looks pretty good
Nice room and very tidy😀
Looks so nice !!! As does the blue water of the Cay !!! Thank you for sharing Tony
I think the cabin is perfect for two people and the balcony looks great. Thx, Tony.
I like the new shirts Tony and the added colors.
I was glad to hear you say you were going to catch Amtrak. I'd love to see your comments about commuting to or from a cruise via Amtrak.

Tony- Great job.
Wow. I just went on the Genting Dream (Hong Kong) and the balcony room is exactly the same as the one you stated in.
Outlets on either side of the bed would be nice. Good room though & you can't beat the price.
You’re so funny. This was fun to watch after a crazy day at work.
Acropolis! Love the deck names on Meraviglia I loved the pics of Ocean Cay.
Very similar to the MSC Seaview that I was on in the Baltic sea 8 days ago.
Room card in slot to turn on lights is a very European thing with most hotels having them. It's a great way to save on electricity since you won't accidentally leave the lights on all day.
I don't care about the cabin. Only watching this for the Tony entertainment value. 😆
We had a tub in our MSC Seaside Bathroom, it was nice.
I pack light so that cabin would be perfect for the DH and I. Thanks for all of your awesome videos.
Not enough storage for two people. More usb and power outlets on the end tables would be nice. Like the decor and balcony. Price sounded great. 👍

Looking forward to hearing how it's like getting off the boat.
Comfortable, But Tight . I Like A Lil More Space. Beautiful View.
I liked the muted beach tones of your balcony room. The size looks good. The only downfall is storage if more than 1 person will occupy that room.
I think that's a fantastic stateroom ESPECIALLY at that price! And their island looks so relaxing. I'd definitely consider a MSC cruise.
I have never had a couch in my cabin...one day!

Great for anyone person even two people.
Thanks! Hope the balcony cabins on the Grandiosa are as good! Sailing from Rome next March!
What about the desk chair? Does it fit us fluffy people , for editing or email work?
I fit in it! Hard to work on the balcony though.
Thank you for giving us info!
Great work Tony.
That's a decent size cabin. Definitely good enough for 1 to 2 people 🥳🥳🥳
Very nice, have a safe trip back home

We typically don’t end up spending a whole bunch of time in our stateroom so in this case, size doesn’t matter.
When I go on msc I have the yacht club it is great I was on of the first one on there island
