Do you notice how Neil Patel keeps shifting from one side of the screen to other from time to time? That's another strategy to keep your viewers engaged on UA-cam.

You're using one of my strategies which I recommend to get more views. Reply to every comment to signal social interaction so UA-cam promotes your channel.
However for small channels they should not post any outbound links because they're taking traffic away from UA-cam. Never do that until you're established with a subscriber base. Link to other channels instead and now you're helping UA-cam make ad revenue which gives them a reason to promote your channel. I wouldn't post outbound links for the first 100 videos!

Nice Tips Neil! I wanted to ask you something- You say often to remove dates from URLs for improving site seo. I am gonna do the same. But after changing the url structure would I will have to set the redirects to the old pages or the site platform (in my case its blogger) will take care of it? Hoping for help!!

Making changes to your site can always have an effect on ranking, however, if you're making positive changes for SEO you should be fine.

Not sure when you recorded this video but I have a question about medium. If you want to publish in a publication, they won't allow partial article and of you publish just like that, you won't get any readers as medium is downsizing the readership and then there is membership limitations. So how to overcome that
In that case, if you can post on Medium I would still recommend posting your article and linking to your main site within it :)

Using SMM you can drive some traffic is true but in long term you would want your website to get organic traffic in auto-pilot mode, social media is not a autopilot way as in few months you have to write social media content again to drive traffic again, the efforts spend on social media does no good in improving my odds of success in SEO. What have to say about that ?
Social media does has somewhat of an effect on SEO. There have been strong correlations drawn between pages that rank high on Google and having a high about of social media engagements.
