You never know what the nail guy could have been dealing with, maybe something personal that his brother didn't even know about. I have a lot of grace for anyone that serves others (nail techs, waiters, retail associates, etc.) it is hard work, and you get met with a lot of attitudes. Your nails turned out beautiful!
