Be very careful with this scheme, I am a resident and we are plagued with Burglaries every other week with 15 burglaries is 3 months also the scheme is yet to gated although advertised. So it your planning have a budget to grill your home and also get private security.
No community watch programme available? Think if there is a president regular meetings should be kept and steps put in place
@@cinimon38 Hi, Programmes a plenty but no infrastructure to guard against the Burglaries as they are vehicular accessed. the Developer is yet to install the Gated entrance and supporting walls going 4 years now. mark you its a Lovely concept scheme to which i have bought into and a current resident but each buyer has to take the matter of home security in their hand and be prepared to spend another 500k to grill your new home and upto 90k for electronic security.
