It seems the multiple purpose courts and kids play area maybe shared with Phase 1 but no issues there. No interior views this time but wondering if the drawer issue with the cupboards was resolved. @carollyons8031 thank you for watching. Interior remains the same. No utensil drawers were in place. I am not sure it will be amended for Handover but it can be an easy fix. I will try to highlight a few corrective measures in a future video.
What about school and hospital for the Neighborhood/ Area. How do we support the population without new school amd medical. How much is the property tax and maintenance fee.
@discernment_daily the pool at Richmond is certainly nice. Also a lovely pool deck area. This one will be good also tho. It's a standard size swimming pool.

The development is looking good, but its 2024, the electric poles and outdated overhanging wires spoils it. I hope these will be neatened up. Solar street lights would've been superb. I hope we have draws for utensils which is basic. Also 2:11 hope they fixed the sewer issues. And yes! Lots of houses missing windows as it looks like they are trying to skimp to save on costs. But all the houses should be the SAME!
I went to the site a couple weeks ago to take a look at our house and was very surprised to find two windows missing!!!!!!!🥱🥱😲😲👺. Also missing.!!!!!! MUST HAVE sidewalks along the streets. 🧑💼👨💼🧑💼🧑🚀🙋♂🙋♂🙋♂

Does phase 2 also have a NWC water supply problem? Phase 1 definitely does and for the past 4/5weeks has had absolutely no NWC water supply

Why do developers always build these toddler size swimming pools, their mean. They should all emulate Richmond Estate in terms amenities
