You are correct. Condensation is an issue. I was in mine during a rain storm last month. The condensation was so bad that it would fall on me during the night when the rain downpours got heavy. I would wake up and have to wipe down the walls. Get yourself something to dry the walls off.
I will keep that in mind. I set it up during a storm (video is coming out soon) and it wasn't bad but it was windy. I just camped in it for a quick overnighter and with no wind and high humidity there was condensation (the most I have ever experienced) luckily it wasn't as you describe and dripping inside but was flowing down the interior tent walls. I was missing my duplex with the extra doors.
Well the company says six and I would probably go with that as well-similar to what i was using on the duplex tent. 3 in the front and 3 across the back-all 4 corners and 2 lines that go to the peak and secure the trekking pole in place to give the tent tension and structure. The side wall lines can be not used especially in good weather. Hope this helps but I also have no experience in using the tent with mout the lines being used. Thanks for watching.
Hope you enjoy it. Haven't had much chance to use it yet, but I did set it up during bad weather to see how it did. Will have that video coming soon. I am hoping to try it out this weekend.
Thank you. You are correct the Pad is approx. 21 inches wide. It fits in the tent with enough room for me to put some gear next to me. Not as roomy as the Duplex tent I own but it is okay. The wide pad at 25 inches would be tighter without much room by the torso area but I feel it would still work for me. I do have a few wider pads as well but have not tried it out. Maybe I can do another short video showing it with the wider pad. Thanks again for watching and the comment.
@dennismorgan2303 -Zpack tents are all made using DCF (Dyneema Composite Fabric aka Cuban Fiber) which is virtually waterproof. It does not need or use a rain fly. This is what helps keep the weight and size on the low side when compared to traditional tents.

Nice review! What is the minimum number of stakes you think you can get away with?

Nice review, the pad is 21 inch? little tight for a larger sleeping pad

no rain fly?

I think you mean: “No inner?” As a single-wall tent, it’s all fly!
