One thing that helped me as far as the rake was to cut sooner. Besides that I would only grab grass with the right wheels going one way and the left wheels going the other way. So one side was always on what was already raked. The good thing was that if anything g was missed on the previous pass it would grab it too. Just be careful not to get into your other row and steel some out of it!
We will cut a little sooner this time and see if that helps. I did take one side off and use it as a two wheel rake, too may trips down the field but that may be the answer until I get a different rake. Thanks for the suggestion, good luck on your next cutting.
@@tommywise1702 We have a tractor supply version of that rake. It did the same thing when using on the lawn just to collect clippings to use in compost, I had to add a piece of pipe that pushed the two sets of wheels away from each other and it solved the issue. It’s all bolt on so if it didn’t work I could remove it. But it’s still like that 👍if you need a pic I could send you one but I didn’t see an email listed for you.
Nice job sir! These mini round balers are really gaining popularity!
Had to upload the video twice, it should be correct this time. Hope you enjoy the video.
I changed the channel name today to reflect the content.
