Metro Barcelona // Spanish solution

Line L1 of the Metro of Barcelona was opened in 1926 and runs with a length of 20,7 km from "Hospital de Bellvitge" to "Fondo". Specific about this line is the differing gauge of 1674 mm (called Iberian gauge). Furthermore some platforms were constructed as "Spanish solution", which offers getting on and off the train on both sides.
