she is SOOO gorgeous. Good decision (so far) to not go under the knife, botox, etc. Surgeries may look good in pics but have you ever come up close to talk with someone that has had work done? They look so fake to me.
Thank you! Totally gorgeous! When I hit menopause, I was devastated. I’m over it. I feel even worse for these young girls growing up with nothing but comparison on IG, etc. Thank you, Paulina! 💝
Her aging really doesn't take away her beauty, she is legit gorgeous. I love seeing women in the public eye embrace age. How exhausting to constantly be chasing youth with the next procedure. She gets that life is about so much more than that. I'm glad she is speaking and being heard.
I agree, I truly think she’s breathtaking. And she’s not “beautiful for her age” , she’s just beautiful, period. The fact she has a brain and personality makes her that much more attractive.
Holy hell….this woman is STUNNING. And NOT stunning “for her age”. Stunning, period. Inside and out. She radiates from her heart. I wanna be like her when I “grow up”.
AMEN! People are just fucking stupid if they cannot see the strength, tenacity, sexiness and deep down beauty of this woman. Beauty on the outside is just genetics and you don’t have control over that, TRUE beauty comes from within. Paulina…you radiate both and that is a rarer gift than you know. Celebrate who you are and never look back. Put cold uncaring people in the past where they belong and love yourself.
@@jojijosette5946 No it isn't! It has zero to do with looks! Aaargh! People are so simplistic. There are women who don't get work done and age very well. So fucking what? That and five dollars will buy you a latte. We are not our bodies. Our bodies will turn to dust. There is something greater than gross matter. 🤦♀️
This woman is simply beautiful. My wife is 8 years older than me, she modelled for 30 plus years, she has never had plastic surgery, has grey hair, and is more beautiful with each passing year. This video is very important, I hope women will receive the message Paulina is sending, it’s not about “looking young”, it’s about feeling yourself at every stage & liking what you see.
Yup, it's sad that a lot of society thinks older women are invisible...they treat older women like they don't matter anymore....only young and pretty women are acknowledged or matter...sad but true.
It's not truly about Paulina being any less beautiful, she most certainly is. Sad her husband (who wasn't really attractive, just famous and rich effected her self esteem as he did. Our internal dialog can be brutal to us all. It is our society of telling women that they need to fight aging, thru media, the magazines, have turned many young women to be freaked out about aging. Then there are the 'mean' girls, that need reminding, everything you say and do comes back to you.
I am a 55 year old married man. I have only ever known Ms. Porizkova's image as a model. I have never read nor have I seen an interview with her. I appreciate her sharing her journey with us. I am pulling for her to not only be heard, but to be loved in ways that she can feel, as a friend, as a lover if she chooses, as an "auntie" to younger models and artists looking to be heard. Additionally, she has aged so gracefully. Anyone who overlooks her natural beauty is blind of spirit. It certainly ain't her.
This lady is an absolute gem. Never heard of her, but as I watch and listen I am stunned, mesmerised, amazed by her beauty, elegance, grandness and her charm. She is "hot" and natural. Attractive from outside and inside you are awesome!
My wife changed so much when she went through menopause. I stood by her. The internal changes from her metabolism, allergies, sensitivity to different things, her mental well-being, even her own scent, were remarkable. It was quite the adjustment for her. We are very grateful that she had physicians who listened and helped her through the process. She has never been any sort of standout beauty, but she's always been a powerful, beautiful woman internally. Growing up with Asperger's Syndrome, it was difficult for her to express herself. Counseling and medication helped bring her out of her shell. Menopause put her through another kind of turmoil. Eight years later she still sees a counselor which helps her greatly. More needs to be done to understand and assist women going through the process of menopause.
She looks like Audrey Hepburn now, elegantly distinguished, articulate and so much more than the media made her out to be. I hope she finally gets to live how she wants to in the second half of her life. Inspirational!
Oh yes and I will never forget the most beautiful pictures of Audrey, feeding starving babies that she was told not to touch as it was risky for her health. Speaking of a legend and a beautiful compassionate human being, acting appropriately!
@@Lamp30 But who gives a fuck? I haven't even seen this lady nude. I couldn't care less. If it so happened to be in my face, I'm sure I would look and I'm sure I would admire. But I don't really need that in order to be interested in a human being's voice I'm European. I've been to plenty of sauna complexes where you can see all ages all sexes nude. It's no big deal. I'm more interested in how well all the organs and energy centers are working and also in that Wim Hoff stuff. You know, what can we do with these amazing bodies that goes beyond what we are already doing?
@@Lamp30 Yes, I know that. The whole premise of this program is that women "strip" to accept their true selves. If you follow that channel they interview MANY women from MANY walks of life. Some famous, some regular folks, all different body types. Sure many might disagree with the premise, but you can see if you watch different episodes that for many of these women --and for some viewers--it is the first time that they are truly accepting themselves, seeing themselves reflected in the media. My take-away: Accept yourself; don't buy into the messages of "beauty" as being one-note. Of course, you may have a different take-way, and certainly "aging gracefully" can mean many different things to many different people. And, yes, of course, you can accept yourself without posing in your bra and underwear --but big deal that she does (or that anyone does)? To each their own. Don't watch it. Simple as that.
I feel like we need more models around Paulina's age. She is a perfect representation of where a lot of us want to be at her age level. She looks so healthy and beautiful and seems to have not went under the knife.
But like she said, there’s no one there. There’s a beautiful actress, Monique Parent (on UA-cam) who is going through exactly what Paulina is speaking about. A working actress, of a certain age.
I'm 27 and watching this and crying. This video was like an older me reaching from the future saying, "You are beautiful as you are. Your tears, frowns, laugh and smiles, wrinkles and age, battle scars and imperfections, are what make you a colorful masterpiece worth watching. Not a pretty picture or nit-picking every detail of yourself into perfection." I'm so sick of pretty. Pretty pictures and pretty lives... I want beauty. Raw and real and unedited. Thank you, Paulina, for being such a role model. For showing us how God damn BEAUTIFUL aging is. It shows the life you've lived and the wisdom you've gained and love you've given. You are still so gorgeous and I appreciate the path you're paving for women to feel beautiful as we are.
"I don't know how to have needs and not scare people off" - that is a very profound observation. That fear of asking for something and being rejected, even abandoned, is very real even when we are unaware that this fear is driving our behavior. I like her so much and I think she has more to offer at this stage than ever before - and she is still gorgeous!
Having needs should scare people off. Other people don't care about your problems, and don't want you to bring more problems. They want you to bring solutions to their life, not problems.
You describe the issue of the fear of asking for something so clearly. I have been looking for a way to dive deeper into the questions of asking for what you want...and found your comment, which is truly helpful. Thanks!
imagine being so privileged, you don't have to learn how to do something as simple as ask for what you want at age 50. that's more telling than anything. idk how people see her experience as positive tbh
I have tears in my eyes. I am 17 years old and this woman gives me the feeling and power to more accept myself in a young age even when I am not in the place with myself I want to be.
I’m 64 and I have always liked her, she is not only very beautiful but a very intelligent and sensitive person. I felt like she feels when I was between 50 and 60, then I began to like myself, being alone, and enjoy life on my own. Now I’m happier than I have ever been. Men liking or looking at me doesn’t define me, I don’t need that to be whole. Go Paulina, you are a very interesting woman and you are your own best friend. Your better life is yet to come.
I am really struggling with my self esteem right now as well. I’m 50 years old and have never had a single treatment or even a professional facial. I haven’t had a period in almost 4 months now so obviously I’m entering the menopause. I’ve had such terrible mood swings going from anxious to rage and feel so ugly. I’m having terrible hot flashes all day and all night with my face turning bright red. I look at my body which gave birth to 3 wonderful kids and it looks squishy around the middle and the years of sun damage have left me with creepiness above my knees and my hands which have provided care to my patients, milked our 50 cows in below 30 degree weather, and dug in the dirt of my many flower and vegetable gardens and they look even older than my face. I have arthritis and the knobby and crookedness are very obvious to see now. My biggest insecurities are my nose which I broke terribly as a child and have had surgery to help correct the obvious deformity only to have it slowly fall apart again so I will have one more surgery to fix it up as much as they can and that will be the only and last thing that I will have fixed by a surgeon. My neck makes me feel the oldest and most insecure about because it is sagging and has many weird lines and wrinkles. I don’t even want to be in my family pictures anymore because I’m just shocked at how rapidly my appearance has changed with this peri menopause hormone drop. It’s unreal what the lack of estrogen does to the face, mind, and body. Paulina is still a beautiful woman and I would love to look as great as she does, especially her figure which is in fantastic shape no matter what age she is. I’m grateful to hear that I’m not the only woman feeling so lost right now and really appreciate her honesty.
Cordelia Adams+ Let's be real- most men who look lasciviously at women are sickening creeps. It happened to me at 18 and on and on right up until now (58, depending on clothing). I disliked it THEN and still dislike it. I wear clothes for self expression, not for their pathetic gaze- who are "they" anyway???? Usually freaks to be honest , with no right to judge. Bless you and all of us as we truly realise - we're not missing out on anything!
So true. I have been on my own for the past 10 years since divorcing at 49. I have had a lot of time to reflect on my life and have finally realised I do not need to define myself by being somebody's "other half". I am enough. I have also during lockdown decided to stop dyeing g my hair every 2-3 weeks and let my natural silver white hair come through and I love it. It is so healthy and beautiful and shines when the light catches it. I had a lightbulb moment and though "Who am I dyeing this for", deciding I was not going to spend the next 20 years of my life putting chemicals on my head to try and halt time. It has been so freeing and I actually feel empowered that I am now putting myself first for the first time in my life. We women put everyone else first, husband, kids, family etc. It is time we realised how beautiful we are and start to think about ourselves. I do not need a man to define me and if I am lucky enough to meet someone in the future then great, he will be a very special man, because I will not be getting involved with any old stranger just to have someone there. I am not afraid of being alone as I've been doing it for 10 years and have rediscovered myself and know my worth.
1. She' still looks beautiful 2. Her husband was ungrateful and didn't deserve her. 3. As a middle age woman who still looks good but suffers from all of the age related changes and doesn't look 20 something anymore, I appreciate seeing these women who have been beauty icons and also going through the same thing.
Maybe....but it's too hard to judge a marriage from the outside. Maybe they were just mis-matched. His perception was that she left him, because she did leave before he got sick and had a boyfriend for a little while. Then she came back when he was sick. Very nice. And maybe she felt he left her emotionally. It may have just run it's course. Sometimes people get tired of each other and they just don't care anymore. Sorry, I frequently ponder why people break up.
@@JB-3794 Paulina has said she lacked a Father figure in her life, Ric was much older, that's the dynamics. She was like his child, the fact he managed her money. Go deeper for goodness sake.
@Hugh Manetty I’m very curious on why you think ‘’you must admire me’’ is her message. I didn’t hear that at all. Not arguing with you, but just would like to understand your point of view as to how you saw that in her message.
I didn't know what to expect when this showed up in my feed, but this was so much more than I imagined it could be. Such honesty is rare. Thank you Paulina for sharing your truth.
As a 65 year old woman who has felt invisible for many years, I loved, loved, loved this celebration of the inner strength and outer beauty that is Paulina - and all of us kick-ass women!!!!! Thank you for sharing!
NO MATTER HER AGE, POLINA IS UNCOMMONLY BEAUTIFUL- THE SENSITIVITY, BRAVERY, & VULNERABILITY SHE TRANSCENDS ADDS TO HER REMARKABLE IMAGE IN HER EARLIER YEARS, SHE WAS ONE OF THE MOST EXQUISITE BEAUTIES IN THE WORLD! THERE IS SO MUCH OF THAT SAME IMAGE, NO MATTER THE AGE! AGELESS, TIMELESS BEAUTY HER HUSBAND WAS OBVIOUSLY A COLOSSAL JERK, AND VERY UNCOMELY
Since I was a teenager, Paulina has literally been most beautiful woman I've ever seen!! Both young Paulina and current Paulina are equally stunning...one just has more depth and has lived and loved and GROWN as a human being!❤❤❤
Paulina is so magically beautiful. Not just physically, but her ability to be vulnerable, her self-effacing humour, her introspection, and her willingness to put it out there for the rest of us to see, creating an absolute acceptance of ourselves. She would be wonderful in a TED talk, inspiring women of all ages to take care of their own money and their own destiny. That is, after she writes her book! I’m here for it Paulina 🙌🏼
Hi Paulina, another 53 year old, invisible, divorced woman here… I feel your pain! Please keep on talking - in a world that’s terrified of ageing we need to hear more of what you have to say. You are a fascinating, sincere and most beautiful woman.
We're so glad Paulina's voice resonated with you, and that you feel seen and heard by her story! Amen to everything you said. Sending you lots of love! xoxo
@@mariejosebianchi6108 And I find it very freeing as well. I've also noticed that older women are able to find deeper female friendships, as they no longer feel like they have to compete with each other.
You are not invisible to me. I am hoping the last year has brought you strength and joy. At 72, I know the world is tough but I am having much more fun.
Paulina is absolutely refreshing. Her brutal honesty and owning her natural beauty makes her even more stunning. We all could learn from her wisdom. Paulina, you are so brave in your journey ❤😊
My goodness hearing Paulina talk about how people treated her is mind blowing! I love that she doesn't feel like she needs to get any "work" done. She was gorgeous back in the day and she is STILL incredibly gorgeous. I've always thought she was so, so beautiful and had a great personality. I can't fathom people in her life or people she's encountered thinking otherwise. I adore you Paulina! We're all broken in some way right? Like that saying goes..."Broken crayons still color." Thank you for sharing part of you and your story with us but mostly thank you for being YOU! ❤️
Because she complained about an industry she chose to be part of ? Why she didn't choose a normal job like every woman would have done ? Because she wouldn't have had those easy money. You're all so hypocrites.
She should write a book. She really has a way of describing things that touches the hearts of so many women out there including myself who are no longer seen as “beautiful”.
@@kateaye3506 true. I envy all the time i wasted hating myself for not being ‘beautiful’. Wow! I'm so glad that you're able to tell us who you really are. And show us that everyone has a story and has struggled and grown in their own unique way. You're more beautiful in all your dimensions than I ever could have imagined from your photos. I hear you and send you love and compassion. Thank you for being brave enough to share all of you. Amazing interview. I never married. I looked, I tried, I worried about becoming too old and unattractive to find love. One day I gave up and realized I only had myself to love. I have never been happier. Not caring freed me.

As a 50 year old woman who is looking for a NATURALLY aging person to validate and inspire me, Paulina is incredible. I hung onto every word. Thank you for sharing and as always, love SLY!!!❤
Paulina, it is such a shame that you were placed amidst such a harsh reality (outside of your control) and obviously did not receive the loving support and understanding you deserve(d) as a human being. It is effortless for me to say that you are still one of the most beautiful women alive, inside and out, and your value goes beyond the surface. I lost my wife of 20+ years early last year, and I understand very well how much grief can rip away filters and illusions. I can only imagine how much growth, pain, discovery, and acceptance has happened with you over the past ~3 years since this video was released, not even taking into account what you went through before. But seeing this video for the first time today (Nov 10, 2024)… I want to give you immense kudos for sharing such a vulnerable chapter of your story. Thank you.
Paulina is so real. You are so abandoned when you age as a woman. I am tired of being hurt for how l look. I think I am going through a tough situation, that so many people of my age go through. Every commercial is about weight loss, miracle drugs, or plastic surgery.
@@kathysemrau2301 and you're abandoned as a man the very moment you're born, at least if you're a pretty woman you can have an easy carrer in any possible field. A woman who complains being objectified after she took an immense sum of money is hypocritical, her job was to be a model, I'm wondering why she didn't choose to be a philosopher or a scientist, maybe she wouldn't have gotten those Money so fast?
@Samia Mim is walking on a fashion catwalk a talent? Does it require a higher education or a huge sacrifice? Are you really serious? She took the easy money exploiting her look because she didn't want to work the hard way. Don't compare being a model with any other kind of real profession. You're insulting those women who work hard to provide the bread for their family, while she complains about irrelevant problems such as ageing or the industry which made her rich. A normal person would never be as rich as her by working in a factory or retail store not in a lifetime, while she did it. You're completely lost.
@Samia Mim so if I'm not a woman I'm not entitled to defend women who really work hard and don't complain about trivial issues? My mother is a woman, my sister is a woman, so my wife, and none of them have ageing problems. What you call ageing is an insecurity issue that every person will go through at some stage. Do you think men don't freak out when they're ageing? Or maybe you will tell me that just women are entitled to feel sensitive about something? Women use cosmetics because they feel better when they use make up, you're free to choose to use them or not, there's not anyone to blame for your choice. Her story is offensive towards women who work real jobs and take miserable wages. Her industry is famous for objectifying women, guess why, maybe because fashion is based entirely on look? Since when Walmart or a post office job have been objectifying women? I'm wondering why she remained in the industry if it was so hard and frustrating, but hey, like all of us, she didn't have choice but accept her terrible ( highly paid) job. You're lost 🤦
Not sure why I hadn't seen this until now, but WOW! I am in awe as I cry over her words. A lot of her story hit so deep. Thank you for this video Paulina. May you have all the blessings you want and to be heard as you have always deserved. Much Love. ♡
I can only hope to be half as beautiful as this woman is. She’s not only gorgeous on the outside but she has a beautiful soul. I cannot believe that anyone would think this woman any less than the amazing woman she is. I love her. I don’t get it! She’s amazing! My god, listen to her…look at her…her energy is beautiful.
Paulina and I met in 1983 and '84 in Paris. She was always outspoken, direct and very smart. For both of us it was the beginning of our modeling career. For me as a man it was quite different than for her as a starting "super Model." People would indeed stare and not know how to respond to so much physical beauty. Overwhelm was a common occurance. It changes you and she certainly experienced her beauty as a curse and a blessing. She is now coming full circle. Brave and still beautiful, because of it.
@@cm-yu6gu I spotted her on the street with Rick Ocasik sometime during the summer of 1986 in the west village in NYC, immediately recognized her, & went right up to her. She was wearing jeans and a white t-shirt, no makeup, and little round John Lennon granny glasses. She was really friendly, warm, and funny. Beautiful of course, but totally devoid of any sort of attitude or conceit. Very smart, kind of goofy too, which was both charming and disarming. I think she spent as much time chatting with me as she did because I didn’t immediately fawn all over her. I mentioned an article I had read of her describing that she loved to paint, so as an artist on my way to art school, I was really excited to ask her about her painting. We talked about art & school for about 15 minutes or so. She was utterly modest and it was just a really nice NYC moment. That idiotic French photographer’s reaction to her during their conversation was astonishing. Imagine having this magnificent woman sitting across from you, fascinated by you and listening to you with rapt attention, and that’s all you come up with. Unbelievable. What an utter, utter nitwit. 🙄🙄
"Aged out of being physically appealling to you. " That's powerful. This lady is eloquent, humble and seriously interesting. What a fabulously articulate Q&A... I need to hear more from her ❤️
I mean it’s reality🤷🏿♂️Men naturally prefer younger women, particularly for evolutionary reasons. In fact studies showed men across all age ranges were most physically attracted to women between the ages of 18-25.
@@aaronmiles2802 that's true, but I think Paulina said it that way because now when she's less physically attractive, she suddenly realised that people all her life gave her antention for beauty and that her beauty may have actually been something that caused her fake connection with some people
I think I am older than Paulina, but I grew up looking at her images. It was actually healing for me to hear her talk about her challenges in being heard. To my embarrassment, I think when I was younger I thought that people with looks like hers didn't have the same life challenges I did. Wishing her the best, and grateful that time brought me the chance to hear her as well as look at her.
This was riveting! As women, we need to choose ourselves over and over and over again. Even in the face of men not choosing us, even in the face of our husbands rejecting and cheating on us and wanting other women. Let's us choose ourselves every single day.
Agreed. All humans are perfectly flawed. It allows growth and learning. We’re meant to be whole: dark and light; divine feminine and masculine integrated as one. For most of this will take a lifetime… or a few. But as J. Krishnamurti taught as we learn about and change ourselves we change the world. ✌️
How are we all deserving? She looks nice, but she is old. No one wants an Older women except simps. She would not touch a regular dude with a ten feet pole.
It’s a short sighted man that views a woman of this beauty, intelligence and awareness as having an expiration date. These types of men walk around when they are 60 thinking they have the prowess of Arnold from his weightlifting days. In other words…they are a legend in their own minds. Paulina is like a fine wine. Better with time. She’s developed depth, wisdom and empathy. Which only comes when you lead with authenticity and intelligence. She knows her worth. Stop waiting for a man to realize it. Live your life for you and love will find you🙏❤️🌻
@Hugh Manetty I didnt know she had other videos. Just saw this in my recommended. She definitely sounds like she is hurting inside and needs some help: comfort, counseling, acknowlegement. I really dont know her.....
@Hugh Manetty yes, poor Ric, dating an impressionable young girl to make himself look more macho... not give her the proper attention during his marriage... and throw her and his own children into a hole with his shady will... lol 😂
I just turned 36. I am done bearing children and I am largely unseen/unheard in my marriage. I feel invisible. I am starting to enjoy being invisible. I am learning who I am without trying to be who others want me to be. There is a grief process but I am feeling free. The layers of who I thought I was are getting stripped away and I am becoming who I actually am, a child a god. You are so beautiful and wise. Thank you being a role model for women wanting to age gracefully, not fighting against the tides but flowing with them. I appreciate you. You are lovely. ❤
I agree with you. I would suggest you to focus on what you need/want in life and God. Perhaps you want to go to that course or study German it whatever you like. Blessed be.
36 is super young. You should stop caring about visibility. I am noticed every where I go and hated because of race. It was very unnerving for years, and I even stop biking around (which I loved), and gained 60 pounds from not going out in public. It cost me some of my youth. Make being invisible work for you just like I had to make all the racist attention work for me. It’s all irrelevant at the end of the day. Life is a blessing that doesnt last forever.
Looking through the comments, everyone’s saying she is “still” beautiful. Her entire point and the reality that we must accept is women become More beautiful as they go through life. She is so beautiful, even more now than ever.
Love this! We agree - the "still" seems to be ageism slipped into compliments, even subconsciously. That is the issue! Thank you for sharing your thoughts ❤
@@StyleLikeU1 Now I am 69. I retired January 2020. As a middle school teacher at the time, I dodged the Covid teaching fiasco, but still managed to catch it March 6, 2020, before we knew much about it. As a teacher, I had kept a fashionable, shiny, deep brown bob through the last decade, but on retirement and lockdown I decided I wanted to let it grow out in length and in color. It has been almost two years and I feel so beautiful, powerful and FIERCE. I don’t think I could have lived up to my incredible evolving looks before I retired, because the world of public school teaching has become such a damning, damaging and dangerous place. I needed a youthful appearance for symbolic body armor against the daily assaults on my health and self esteem. I have been blessed with great, smooth skin, among other things. I don’t wear makeup. I wouldn’t say I am still beautiful, I have to say I am even more beautiful in my current incarnation. I have lost the sight in one eye, and it seems to have turned my spiritual perspective completely around. I developed several autoimmune and health problems, but I have never felt so invincible in spirit. This age is a gift. My hair is a symbol. It is long and wild and streaked with shining silver white and seems to have gone wild with a will of its own. I look like the strong and interesting person that I am becoming. Strangers are compelled to tell me I look fabulous and they love my hair. Who would have guessed 69 would look and feel like this. 👍

Thank you, Paulina, for sharing with us your painful journey through womanhood. I am amazed at how well composed you are, while sharing so many deeply personal vulnerabilities. I am a man, but you are still an inspiration to me, as I head into my seventh decade of life - with uncertainty, with the fear of becoming invisible, and the fear of having no one with whom to share my thoughts, feelings, and ideas. I am rooting for you, as you continue reassembling yourself into a brilliant, stately, and unequivocally beautiful human being. ❤
She’s gorgeous, even in her mature age, she’s aging gracefully and the fact that men her age would rather be with a younger woman says a lot about our society. The View of women is broken period.
I disagree. Humans are made so guys spend time making a career, developing ways to take care of a family and females mate with the guys that are already there, not with their peers. That already happens in highschool, girls themselves go for older guys or even adults. That means a few years of age gap or even decades of age gaps. Women are at their peak, beautiful and fertile, with a a future ahead of them, in their 20s while guys peak at around their 30s and 40s. By that point they'll have stable income and knowledge/skills to provide for their family. As well as emotional maturity and experience of how the world works which is more important for what they give in a relationship. It's not a broken system. It was necessary back in the day, when survival wasn't guaranteed. Now the remains of that are left but it still is beneficial. Don't be one of those people who think that it's disgusting that the ideal image of a woman is basically one in their late teens. What should it be? Women after they've hit menopause, not capable of reproduction?
@@μαριοςΚαπετανοπουλος lol there’s a whole gap between late teens and menopause. Also how can you truly believe that a women’s sole/main purpose is reproduction ? Did you crawl out of a cave ?
Uhhh it’s more of just how it is, I can assure you many men can attest to how they felt invisible to women when they were younger in their 20s , and plenty of men can show that as they got older, focused on bettering themselves got better jobs and matured, women started showing interest in them, it’s just how it works don’t try and blame society for something you most likely upheld yourself.
I never received attention from women. I don’t feel l’m desired by women. Oh wait, it’s like 80% men who feel like this. We all men should start sharing our stories but you won’t care.
@@Maria-qh5hr What you’re saying translates to :Women are less visual so men must want to feel less desired compared to women. You get an option to choose from a buffet but you have only 2 hours to eat. While I get only two options to have one banana or just die. Does it mean I wanna eat less than you?? Feels stupid right? But that’s what you said. Feeling desirable is not a feminine trait it’s a human trait just like I don’t wanna eat less than you. I can’t say something like “hey women! You’re too selective when looking for a partner. We’re depressed because of you. Be less selective“ Btw men commit atleast 70% more suicide than women because Nature is not fair to us men.
Which man wants to date 57 year old woman? 😆 Paulina Porizkova was 24 years old, when she married Ric Ocasek who was 45 years old and 21 years older than herself. 😆 Now that she herself is 57 years old, and she has become old and undesirable to men of her own age, she is shaming those men for dating younger women 😆 While she herself was doing EXACTLY the same thing, and dating men old enough to be her father, when she was young, and she married a rich man 21 years older than herself. 😆 Just see her hypocrisy 😆 When she marries a man 21 years older than herself, it is okay, but when men date women younger than himself, it is shameful. 😆
What Porizkova means is that she's invisible to very wealthy men who have multiple mansions, a yacht, a private jet, etc. Because those men are going to date 25 year old models. There are plenty of men who'd gladly date Porizkova, but she's not interested because they're not rich. I don't feel much sympathy for someone lamenting that others judge her for her age when she judges them for their bank balance.
Paulina, I'm 54 and grew up watching you rise up all the mags. I swear, you are More beautiful now than you've Ever been...for all your wisdom, knowledge, spiritual enlightenment, suffering and pain, you GLOW with a certain level of "womanhood" you just can't have as a young girl. Congratulations, on this piece, on your rawness, on your love of yourSelf that is growing stronger. It begins within. Much love to you. 🙏❤
I'm a 27 year old woman and older women are the most inspiring ppl I've ever heard speak! I love your voice, I'm so grateful to hear you Paulina Porizkova. It's wild but my lived experience feels eerily similar to what you've described and your take is empowering. You're a beautiful person with profound wisdom and beauty and you are worthy of the love you deserve❤
27 year old woman? Lucky you. You're still young and fresh. When you get old, your husband will leave you for a younger woman. It happened to me. I'm 50 years old.
As a 52 year old woman, I really appreciate this so much. We are often invisible, or even worse, no longer acceptable & derided for no longer looking like we did in our younger years. Thank you for this interview, and I send my most sincere gratitude and compassion to Paulina.
I thought ut was just me. Ive become invisible. People sometimes just run right into me as if Im not there at all. When I was younger everybody looked and I was only relevant to many bc I was of how I looked. I didn't feel comfortable w the attention. But then to go from that to nothing is a rude awakening
Tell me about it!! Turned 51 and im struggling with this being "irrelevant" and not noticed. And i dont appear my age, so I'm told, and i FEEL the difference since age 46ish.Then I thought "Eff men,I'm not validating aspects of myself any longer by how attractive I am to them!". (Most women do this whether consciously or unaware) It isn't just men,the younger generations as well treat you differently. Not specifically tho, can't put my finger on it. Sooo...Did/or do you feel this way at a certain age? Love to hear from other ladies!
@@Vorpal_Wit not true. It happens w men too as they age. Ram Dass (richard alpert) wrote a book Becoming Invisible when he felt a change w the way people treated him when he was in his 60s +. Idk how old you are but perhaps you have never paid much mind to other's around you and don't notice
@@lastnamefirst4035 he’s right. No one is saying it doesn’t happen to men, it’s just not nearly as pervasive and not nearly as damaging. If it was as important to men as you claim, where are the men making videos like this and commenting likewise in droves ? Women have been taught to value their appearance above almost all else when facing the outside world. So we are seeking the wrong validation almost everyday of our lives from childhood.
My mother was the 8th of 9 children of Swedish immigrants. She was strikingly beautiful as you Paulina and had a career in her 20s where she dated a senator and lived an exciting life. At 25 she met my dad and they had a wonderful life until they didn't. When my dad died at 69 my mother had become the result of an emotionality abusive marriage where she let herself go. Within a year after his death she started transitioning physically and emotionally back into that beautiful woman as it became apparent to everyone who whitnessed. She became the former beauty coming out of her dormant cocoon once again. Mom died four years ago at 99 years old but looked and acted 20 years younger. She use to refer to herself as a stubborn old Swede!
This is an amazing video! Paulina is physically stunning but what she has to say is captivating. If she wrote a book I would buy it immediately. I loved everything she had to say here. What a great interview. ❤
So, she just had some pictures posted online in a bikini. I don’t mind, but she sure spends a lot of time showing off her body which is great, then complaining that people can’t see past her looks. She needs to pick a lane.
@@Tenebarum she said there are no natural women her age. thats why she is posting. also then she gets grief for what she looks like, or being to old to wear a bikini. she can wear whatever the f she wants.
@@Tenebarum I get that..I've thought about that too. but you have to remember that showing off her body DEFINED her her entire life. I really think she might feel it's her best and most comfortable way of communicating if you will. and actually I feel more sorry for her than us " regular " women lol..being SO beautiful and loved by everyone for your youth and appearance, that's gotta be extra hard to deal with when you age. So I think she's doing a fan- fucking-tasic job!!😃
Everything Ms. Porizkova says about being this age (for women who are aging naturally!) is complete true. If you're in your 50's/60's, aren't svelte thin, and don't use botox and/or plastic surgery to keep you looking young, then as women, we're invisible to pretty much everyone who isn't family or close friends. And during the whole menopause thing, I'd say that for my husband it actually started before menopause for me, it was way more about him realizing his own mortality and that he felt that he was getting old and craved/needed to make himself feel younger.
As a woman, and ya I’m only 27, but it took me a long time to figure out “being seen” and “being heard” aren’t the same-and the realization was soul-crushing. She explained it exceptionally, I wish I had the emotional intelligence she had earlier. Her explaining so openly how her husband discarded her when she became “too old” is so necessary for society to hear. I can’t believe this is still happening.
Yes it still happens. When I turned 50 and had a hysterectomy he decided to have an affair with my ex- best friend. It's been 12 years and I'm single but free!
great job trying to justify what she did. she's just mad that he didn't see her as hot anymore. Notice how she didn't realize no one cares what she thinks until she wasn't hot anymore. She's just another shallow woman who aged out lol how is anyone falling for this?
She is just plain gorgeous. I cannot believe she would have ANY insecurities about her looks or her intellect. She is amazingly smart, interesting and breathtakingly beautiful
It's truly crazy. I always felt like if I was beautiful I would be more confident. But she's the definition of beauty and still has some moments of not being confidence in herself
Men still don't notice you. Even when you are confident. That's her point... aging women are not considered desirable or interesting. I'm 62 and 5'9" tall. I might as well be invisible. Men of my age are noticed by women... my boyfriend is 69, and he gets noticed. I see it. We're both attractive people, but as a female, I don't get a glance. That's how it is... it messes with your mind.
This is so profound. I sketched a picture of Paulina many moons ago. I never understood why I felt compelled to draw her picture from a magazine. I am a landscape artist and never enjoyed drawing humans but I see now the reason I drew her picture. I have suffered with menopause but more importantly with low self esteem and not being heard. So I cried when I watched this video. It was liberating in so many ways. God puts help on your path long before you need it. I drew a picture of this beautiful woman who helped me break down barriers with one video. Thank you StyleLikeU for interviewing this beautiful angel. You are heard Paulina. You are heard.
I've never heard of Paulina Porizkova but now, after watching this exceptionally good made interview, I could only feel love for this beautiful human being. Her personality is something that I was looking for the whole life and still didn't find. All the best for you.
She's on a journey of discovering how powerful she is. It's never ever ever about what other people think of us, or feel about us. And that's a rough one, because we have to face how we've abandoned ourselves before we can claim power. What a beautiful video. Thank you
When I was in my early 20's, I idolized Paulina Porizkova. I had her modeling pictures on my wall and fridge and thought she was the MOST beautiful model anywhere. Now, in my mid-50's, I feel that she is one of the MOST beautiful WOMEN I have ever seen. I deeply appreciate the way that she is approaching her own sense of truth and discovery at her age. I love that she is celebrating her own natural beauty, which is far superior to the plastic and plumped beauty of other celebrity women "of a certain age." Paulina is real.... a real woman in a real world. Stunning. Thank you for sharing.
The pain she speaks of is the pain so many women experience. To not be truly seen or heard, it really happens. And it leaves scars on your psyche and undermines your sense of self. Yet she persists! The light shines through her eyes and smile. She has the strength to share her vulnerabilities and her journey toward self love with others. That wisdom, that strength and insight forged through difficult experiences, that is the essence of the unique beauty of the older woman, the crone. I hope she is able to harness its power and find her way forward, with joy.
That was dramatic. Of course she persists. She’s healthy and probably financially secure. She’s not in the street with an unstable future. She chose a life of being seen and not heard. What’s stopping her from starting a business or getting involved in a group? She’s far more attractive than 100% if women her age and many younger. Maybe she should start a meet up. Then she could get some perspective.
@King Brilliant developing young girls are used for their looks and wanted for that so strongly their thoughts, intelligence and skills get ignored. I’ve been discriminated against because of my looks. One boss said sorry but he didn’t want me around because I was a distraction also decades ago men didn’t want to intellectually compete with an attractive women. Being older now there are those who discard you because of your older looks and believe you had some unfair advantage lol. We don’t need that mindset. Paulina finds her power in skills and wisdom.
So then make yourselves heard. I do it all the time and somehow a lot of men think its hot. I think guys deep down want nothing more than for women to stand up for themselves already. There are men out there who dream of women finally putting them in their place in a good way. Trust me you will be surprised. The ones that don't like it, deep down always felt you were too good for them. Not to bash men but look at where patriarchy has brought us. It has fucked up our world wake up ladies
Paulina Porizkova, I appreciate your courage to tell YOUR truth, continue forward and THRIVE. When I hear you speak I think critically, consider my best self and how that translates to other people. Thank you for your leadership.
I was attending University in NYC in the early 80s and saw Paulina walking down 57th Street. I was coming out of Fiorucci and there she was even more beautiful than on the cover of magazines. I envied what I imagined was her wonderful life. I am 62 now and when I found her on Instagram my admiration was rekindled but with a new twist: I could hear her voice and relate to a lot of what she was going through. She helped me come to terms with my aging self. Thank you StyleLikeU and thank you Paulina ❤️
it’s only a little glimpse of who she might be that is shown in this video… but I like the idea that we all get to see her for HER…Obviously such a beautiful mind. I‘m left with this feeling of being grateful this woman is around somewhere.
Paulina is still stunningly beautiful. And her willingness to “bare all” was brave and wonderful. Her authenticity is so refreshing. She will be beautiful into her nineties and beyond. I hope she never feels the need for cosmetic surgery. Hard to imagine how anything could improve on her beauty - wrinkles and all.
@@apartmentgroup9671 My husband's mother won the Ms. Senior award when she was in her early 80's and she also was the leader of a senior dance group called The Stokes Steppers. I guess it's a combination of having a zest for life, good genetics, and taking care of yourself.
The most attractive aspect is Paulina’s honesty, authenticity and bravery, it shines so beautifully. There are plenty of 50+ men that would pick her up and listen to her, she just needs to open her heart to someone she wouldn’t normally date. This is how I found love, I got rid of my list!
But why does she have to take her clothes off and hair down, to prove she’s still beautiful? I’m not getting that part. She was beautiful before that. They made her hair style very old fashioned looking, and then by the end she’s showing her fit bod. Seems like she is still getting approval for her looks on the outside. I’m in the same age range, and am thin. I don’t feel the need to strip so people will accept me. I think she should be past that by now. We all want to be beautiful. And yes, not many people are not shallow, and judge someone by their wrinkles, weight, age. But the important people see past that.
@@janie3117She’s not ‘proving’ anything. She’s saying ‘I’m not hiding. This is me’. It’s fabulous and empowering. Society has so many rules about what older women are/arent supposed to do. She flies in the face of that and it’s a huge liberation for the rest of us. I’m not hiding just because I’ve aged!! 😊🙏🏻
Ohhh my gosh... I have tears running down my face. I feel soooo seen, just listening to her. She is stunningly beautiful & I would love to give her a huge hug & thank her...
I cannot believe this breathtakingly beautiful woman (inside and outside) seriously believes she's not worth it. I am SO impressed by her grace and honesty and self-reflection.
One thing I've learned over the years is that some of the most beautiful women you'll ever see are also the most insecure about everything from their looks and intelligence to their ability to NOT be abandoned. Paulina at 58 is finally getting it that she has value, is beautiful inside and out and has worth. It just takes some longer than others. She's not wrong though from a societal standpoint. Many women at a certain age are wrongfully invisible and seen as having no value when in fact they are at their most valuable the older they get.
I'm 65 yo & followed Paulina all through my fashionista life. She's gorgeous on photo, but interesting and real and very relatable that makes her a gem! Great interview I just happened upon. Wow. And so nice to see an ex-supermodel who doesn't believe in fish lips and plastic face!! Really refreshing. This woman is very self-confident and warmhearted. Sweet.
Wow, she is absolutely gorgeous and I love that she is allowing herself to age naturally. I don’t find faces frozen by plastic surgery to be attractive at all. Her face has expressiveness and warmth. Through her struggles she has gained so much wisdom, and I’m excited for her to begin this new phase of her life where she is growing into her true self!
She is amazing. A beautiful aging woman is a terrifying journey. Identifying by one’s beauty and sex appeal does a number on one. We can’t hit the brakes on how our body ages despite how we try to take care of ourselves. Being disregarded by people when every entry into a room and walk down the sidewalk yielded multiple glances in our younger years is mind blowing. Then we go invisible and it’s irreversible. Something inside about our identity dies. Too much was made of the beauty and sexual prowess and the ego bonded with that. In aging a total reshaping of identity must take place, as painful and confusing as it is. Paulina is definitely on the right track! Her courage and honesty is very healing!!! Namaste Paulina!!❤❤
My jaw dropped at just a few seconds in! Just her sitting there she's absolutely stunning! She looks amazing. She looks her age--and not in a bad way. It's genuine, which makes her even more effortless and natural in her beauty. It's beyond refreshing.
She’s as physically stunning today as she ever was but I have to say that I actually find her even more beautiful now, watching her stand in her truth and sharing her vulnerability. Beauty is and has always been a double edged sword… when you possess it nobody cares to look past it and when you “lose” it (because of youth being the only beauty standard) nobody cares, period. Thank you for speaking your truth, Paulina, you’re a beautiful soul and definitely still fu(king ROCK!!
@@rtoma1974 if youth is the only thing that registers as beautiful to you, I feel bad for you and anyone that is stupid enough to get involved with your shallow a$$. Hate to break it to you but every human only travels in one direction and if your limited perspective of “beauty” remains as is, you’re in for an ugly future.
@@janedarc7731 well said. Paulina is absolutely stunning. Its a different kind of beauty to her 20's but just as captivating. The kind of head turning in the street types who now ignore her are soon looking at the next woman anyway, it's all superficial. I'm astonished if men aren't falling in love with her all the time. Her maturity shows she's lived life and gained insight and perspective. Maybe some men are intimidated by that yet it makes her so interesting. Really is their loss.
@@ellie.l6585 I agree. But I think a large percentage of our society is intimidated by any signs of aging because that reflects the reality of their own mortality, which scares the crap out of them. Still it’s astonishing how many people feel the need to throw shade on aging, when you consider that that’s the ultimate example of throwing stones in glass houses! It’s a sad reflection of these people’s relationship with themselves, and their reality as a whole. Thinking there’s some other path available to them is just magical thinking. Paulina could’ve traveled the very popular path of chasing the past but where’s the growth in that? Though I don’t relish every aspect of aging myself, I find it even sadder watching people in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s desperately chasing a youthful appearance, instead of mining for the value of who they are becoming. It’s both an exhausting and ridiculously expensive avoidance of reality. I’m not judging anyone for getting “work done” but I also can’t help but notice that it seems to be a fully fear-based venture. 50+ is an opportunity to explore who else we are, who we have become, and who we are becoming outside the context of youthful beauty. And if we spend that time chasing who we once were, we are moving backwards. Her husband was one of the most unattractive celebrities the world has ever seen, but still she loved him for who she thought he was. Sadly, he was just another insecure rockstar that knew he was unattractive and wanted to flip the bird to the world, by claiming the most beautiful woman in the world, as his own. He probably relished her beauty because he thought it validated him in some way, and when she was no longer the ultimate standard of youthful beauty, all his insecurities came flooding back and he went on to chase his next fix of youthful validation. He’s a sad reflection of our society but she’s a glowing example of an evolved soul.😊
Wow- what a powerful message from this lovely lady . Thank you for saying what so many of us older women are feeling and going through. Your vulnerability is absolutely beautiful 🎉 I’m with you sister .
It’s true about the gap in age. We need more images of middle aging women. I see her. Also, there are lots of real women in their 50s who look amazing. 50 is the new 30, honestly.
Those statements are part of the problem. Why can't 50 be fine on its own? Why do we need to equate it with a lower number, like 30? Fifty is 50 and it's fine
@@ASMRyouVEGANyet BECAUSE 50 used to be considered old! And its simply not. I know women who in their 40s start planning short haircuts and conservative clothing for when they hit 50. 50 being the new 30 is not a slam to 50, its a compliment because of course 50 is fine - especially when we continue to let our inner children play...
"We need more images of middle aging women" yes, as long as they look like Paulina. and as a 50 y/o, i can assure you - it is NOT the new 30. you are delusional.
I find a beauty starting in the the thirties that grows to the sixties and then it gets more complicated for me to see, which is much like my appreciation has grown as I age. The visual beauty of middle aged women has variety and fluxes as one remembers those moments of beauty and joy etched into the wrinkles. The wrinkles created from a woman's smile that only happens when she remembers a love she often has, is more sophisticated and has more depth than the shiny youthful skin. It takes time and relationship to see.
I feel like men don’t like “women of a certain age” because that’s when we finally get to be our true selves. We’re the most free. Our body is no longer preparing for pregnancy every month. We’re no longer taking care of a child. There’s finally time for self focus. And that’s scary to men.
An aging face on a woman scares men, not their independence. Men are programmed to like younger women, and that's never going to change. Older women need to accept how men think.
@@strangerthingsaresaid7655 I struggle to comprehend the narcissism behind being scared of someone because you’re not attracted to them. Men need to learn to be people capable of empathy and interest in those who they don’t wish to mate with.
How moving that Paulina can feel invisible or “not attractive “. She is so powerful and amazing just by saying these things. I am glad I found this video.
She's just addicted to excessive attention. It's bad because she relies on others to make herself happy. Now she feels sad and insecure and she's blaming other people. You need to make yourself happy.
I loved listening to you!!! I wish I had women in my life like you, especially when I was younger. But also now with 28 it's so beautiful to see and hear a woman who is alive, who is on her journey to her authentic self, away from all the people pleasing and from ignoring their own needs. THANK YOU!! ❤❤❤
This was great! As a woman in her 40’s it is so refreshing to see a beautiful woman in her 50s who has lived, loved, and learned. Paulina is so genuine and I hope we see more of her.
I understand her very well.❤️ She is someone to listen to. I'm almost 60 and what I've learned is that aging liberated me from caring about what others think. Period. It's not a mean experience, it's a deep relief and happiness. I'm filled to the brim with tons of life experiences. I have grown in a million ways. I don't need validation or approval anymore. And men, well I only allow certain types in my life. I'm VERY picky because this time is my time now. I belong lovingly to myself.

Her aging really doesn't take away her beauty, she is legit gorgeous. I love seeing women in the public eye embrace age. How exhausting to constantly be chasing youth with the next procedure. She gets that life is about so much more than that. I'm glad she is speaking and being heard.
Beauty is not based on age, and is also so much deeper than surface-level! We are so happy she is being heard as well. ❤❤ Thank you for listening!
My sentiments exactly 💕
I agree, I truly think she’s breathtaking. And she’s not “beautiful for her age” , she’s just beautiful, period. The fact she has a brain and personality makes her that much more attractive.

This woman is simply beautiful. My wife is 8 years older than me, she modelled for 30 plus years, she has never had plastic surgery, has grey hair, and is more beautiful with each passing year. This video is very important, I hope women will receive the message Paulina is sending, it’s not about “looking young”, it’s about feeling yourself at every stage & liking what you see.
You are a great husband, that also helps. You can value a woman's beauty despite her age
Yup, it's sad that a lot of society thinks older women are invisible...they treat older women like they don't matter anymore....only young and pretty women are acknowledged or matter...sad but true.
I hope Paulina finds a wonderful guy like you, and shows her just how lovable she truly is.
Thank you, random stranger, i needed to read this today

My God. She is as beautiful as ever. She is older, wiser and vulnerable. It’s nice to see an older woman who is aging naturally and gracefully.
She has always been wise beyond her years.
She is an eloquent, intelligent and beautiful person. How anyone could possibly think differently is absolutely mind blowing.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of stupid men (and women) out there😔
Agree, her only fault is she is slightly narrow minded, believes she was "made" by something other than a man and a woman.
I agree -- I wouldn't want to be with her husband. She's beautiful inside and out!

So insightful!
This lady is an absolute gem. Never heard of her, but as I watch and listen I am stunned, mesmerised, amazed by her beauty, elegance, grandness and her charm. She is "hot" and natural. Attractive from outside and inside you are awesome!
Your comment sir caused me to tear up.
I hear you 55 year old simp.
Yes! I thought that, too. Definitely reminded me of Audrey Hepburn.
Oh yes and I will never forget the most beautiful pictures of Audrey, feeding starving babies that she was told not to touch as it was risky for her health. Speaking of a legend and a beautiful compassionate human being, acting appropriately!

Simple as that.
maybe she wants to live the 2nd part of her life like the first?
I feel like we need more models around Paulina's age. She is a perfect representation of where a lot of us want to be at her age level. She looks so healthy and beautiful and seems to have not went under the knife.
But like she said, there’s no one there. There’s a beautiful actress, Monique Parent (on UA-cam) who is going through exactly what Paulina is speaking about. A working actress, of a certain age.
Who do you think women model for exactly? All those hot and young swimsuit and designer models, who do you think they model for? Men or women?
Underrated comment
Only a woman would post that.
She is 5% Of women in the planet vast majority look bad at 55, accept your age with dignity
I'm 27 and watching this and crying. This video was like an older me reaching from the future saying, "You are beautiful as you are. Your tears, frowns, laugh and smiles, wrinkles and age, battle scars and imperfections, are what make you a colorful masterpiece worth watching. Not a pretty picture or nit-picking every detail of yourself into perfection."
I'm so sick of pretty.
I understand Paulina so well.
Being in my 60s I discover that only self love could fulfill me. There is no one on the planet who could do it for me
I have just discovered this at 56
As a 60 year old man, I find her beauty today, inside and out, is far deeper than 30 years ago. She is stunningly beautiful.

She is only interested in rich 60's men like Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, George Clooney, etc. Those kind of rich men are now dating 30’s women.
It was this statement that stopped me in my tracks. So insightful. Paulina, we hear you. 💜
you are MEANT to scare off most people ....for romance anyway

Honest, truthful and powerful dialogue. You’re one amazing woman
This is beautiful! Thank you for sharing your hope and wisdom ❤❤❤
@@jmk1962 + I liked that- "old stranger".
1. She' still looks beautiful

Paulina is so real. You are so abandoned when you age as a woman. I am tired of being hurt for how l look. I think I am going through a tough situation, that so many people of my age go through. Every commercial is about weight loss, miracle drugs, or plastic surgery.

I never met her but i have the exact same impression of her just through watching her interviews

36 is super young. You should stop caring about visibility. I am noticed every where I go and hated because of race. It was very unnerving for years, and I even stop biking around (which I loved), and gained 60 pounds from not going out in public. It cost me some of my youth.
Exactly!!
I agree 💯
I’m amazed at her bravery and vulnerability in sharing her story. She is truly lovely.
Be less selective“
Btw men commit atleast 70% more suicide than women because Nature is not fair to us men.
Its horrible we stigmatize and make women of nearly every age category feel insecure about smthg so much
She is so beautiful it's honestly insane hearing her speak about being invisible. Like WHAT?
That's right..if se feels invisible what about the rest of ordinary women....
I understand why I could be invisible but this beauty. Spec savers won’t even work for those who can’t SEE her
Which man wants to date 57 year old woman? 😆
@@yuliamoroz4667My thoughts exactly... 🙄 If SHE feels invisible, what can I hope for? 😒
You are not invisible, you are just seeking validation from the wrong people....for the wrong things.
Must have been an amazing woman. Thanks for sharing
Good for your mom!

This is an amazing video! Paulina is physically stunning but what she has to say is captivating. If she wrote a book I would buy it immediately. I loved everything she had to say here. What a great interview. ❤
I`m just gonna repeat her words here cause this is just so powerful: "And I felt like at my very most seen, I`m the very least heard."
.....and when you age...and get past 55...like me, women in our society are not seen AND not heard. Ouch.

And the fact that her husband was old enough to be her father...
great job trying to justify what she did. she's just mad that he didn't see her as hot anymore. Notice how she didn't realize no one cares what she thinks until she wasn't hot anymore. She's just another shallow woman who aged out lol how is anyone falling for this?
What a powerful interview. Thank you for sharing your story and being vulnerable, Paulina. ❤
She is just plain gorgeous. I cannot believe she would have ANY insecurities about her looks or her intellect. She is amazingly smart, interesting and breathtakingly beautiful
@@Lamp30 Hmmm.... why do I have a feeling you are a man?

She has a timeless beauty. Stunningly gorgeous. Did you see that smile?

Thank you
Right and I enjoyed this video very much 💯🥰
When I was in my early 20's, I idolized Paulina Porizkova.
Hi 👋 Dear, can I please ask you a question?
That was dramatic. Of course she persists. She’s healthy and probably financially secure. She’s not in the street with an unstable future. She chose a life of being seen and not heard. What’s stopping her from starting a business or getting involved in a group? She’s far more attractive than 100% if women her age and many younger. Maybe she should start a meet up. Then she could get some perspective.
I hope her boys appreciate her.

She looks gorgeous. If she didn't mention her age I would've thought she was much younger.
@@newjerseydevil6115 Really? I think she 100% looks her age -- and that she is stunning at the same time. Believe it or not, the two can co-exist.
She still got it
@@janie3117She’s not ‘proving’ anything. She’s saying ‘I’m not hiding. This is me’. It’s fabulous and empowering. Society has so many rules about what older women are/arent supposed to do. I cannot believe this breathtakingly beautiful woman (inside and outside) seriously believes she's not worth it. I am SO impressed by her grace and honesty and self-reflection.
She doesn’t believe it, she felt others believed it.
She said she was abandoned as a child. When you’re abandoned by your parents you get that belief instilled in you that you are not worthy of love.
Sweet.
Hate them "fish lips"...

No, she was more beautiful when she was in her 20's. I know it sounds empowering and all, but it's deluded thinking.
@@rtoma1974 if youth is the only thing that registers as beautiful to you, I feel bad for you and anyone that is stupid enough to get involved with your shallow a$$.
God bless!! Lo!!
"We need more images of middle aging women"
yes, as long as they look like Paulina.
and as a 50 y/o, i can assure you - it is NOT the new 30. you are delusional.
Amen.
An aging face on a woman scares men, not their independence. Men are programmed to like younger women, and that's never going to change. Older women need to accept how men think.
