      Thank you for the kind words. Let me know if there are any topics you want to cover in more detail. I think I'm going to start a series on GPIO (General-Purpose Input/Output) on the top of the Flipper Zero. Were you lucky enough to get a Flipper? (In the US the store just says, "Flipper Zero Shop Coming Soon" - so it might be a while before I can purchase another one.)

    Is this also possible on the flipper itself? Maybe with some texteditor or hexeditor?? This would be great!!

      I just tried editing a Came 12-bit sub file with lab.flipper.net/apps/hex_editor and it was fairly quick to change the 3 digits.

      @@MrDerekJamison Thanks! And there is also an app called MultiConverter so you can convert hex/dec on the flipper!
      I have succesfully captured,edited to 55° and send my weather station signal back. Complete workflow on the flipper👌
      And thanks for your great channel👍

    I am thinking of only showing my webcam during the video introduction; the rest of the video will be of the camera toward the table, Flipper, VS Code, etc. I should then be able to do voice-over edits for the majority of the video with a better microphone & also edit out when I say crazy things like "paste your comments below" in my video. My natural talking has lots of gaps of silence where I think, so voice-over should allow me to just respeak a sentence at a time using my good microphone. I'll try this new technique in my "Read RAW" video.

    1:38 what does "yek" mean?

    • @MrDerekJamison
      @MrDerekJamison  10 місяців тому

      YEK is KEY spelled backwards. So if key was 01100001 binary, yek would be 10000110. So you basically write the entire value out in binary then reverse it. 0x61 becomes 0x86. I think it exists because some protocols are easier to understand in reverse (especially if they are 4-bit aligned) and send data in most-significant bit or least-significant bit first.
