Directed by Abe Levitow who worked with Chuck Jones on the mid 1960s Tom & Jerry cartoons and has animation from Gil Turner who worked with Tex Avery at MGM.
These made-for-TV Magoo cartoons were new when I was a kid and no matter how times I watch this one, I always crack up at the sight of the dog looking wide-eyed at the viewer at 02:10.
Excellent humor and hidden genius in this cartoon.
Why can't we have cartoons like this anymore?? These were classics when I was little!!.
