Been working on this level on and off for more than 2 years, and I never really intended for it to be actually finished. Now it's done however, and it is a bit bittersweet to say goodbye to this project when it's been on my mind all this time. The reason why the level is so long is because I never really wanted this project to end, but everything must come to an end eventually.
The purpose of this level is to celebrate the history I've had with this game and return to my roots in 1.9 and 2.0, and to act as a sort of grand finale to my creating journey.
I most likely won't be building much after this, but much like one picks up a dusty guitar in the attic every once in a while, this game holds a special place in my heart and I will surely come back at times to reminisce about all this game has done for me.

What a fitting retro-styled level for your grand-ish finale from the game. I remember your levels drawing me into the game all the way back in 2016 and I think you played an important role in how everything came together for me. Sad to see you go, also sad this is too hard for me to beat, but I hope you continue to create and be inspired, I'll try to follow your future design projects as much as I can. It was really the highlight of my weekend seeing this new level by you, wish you all the best going forward :)

This level has a certain feel of “it all comes down to this” and I love the subtlety of it. Everything about this level screams how polished it was. Good job
This level really touched me. Not just because it is unique and beautiful, but every second feels like you put your heart and soul into it, and the level screams its creator's name. All of other games I finished and never wanted to go back, but this thing, it keeps growing with me. I see this happens all the time to all other creators, and it is extremely inspiring. While it's sad to see you go, I think it's always good for one to explore new realms to enrich their knowledge, which would be really useful as a technical and spiritual strength. If one keeps sticking to the game, they will never fully reach their potential. Whatever happens in life next, I believe you will find a way, because your levels show that you're an innovator, a patient artist who is committed to his work.
WOW! Everything blew me away, the part with blocks appearing in sync at 0:29, the neon floor at 0:59 and 2:17, the floating blocks ascending at 1:14, the switching dual part at 2:02, that breaking animation at 2:30, the part with slicing blocks at 2:32, that transition at 3:04. What an absolute banger. Congrats!

I remember first seeing Takeoff back in 2.0 and thinking "Wow this looks amazing". Still one of my fav 2.0 levels to this day.
Ever since then, I've looked forward to seeing any new levels that you had in the works.

I remember watching your Twitch streams while you were building Airtime in July 2016 and Saturn V around May / June 2017. Good old times. This is the best level I have ever played not only in terms of deco (this amazingly themed level which brings me joy everytime I look at it because of how beautiful it is) but also in terms of gameplay. I am an incredibly impatient person who absolutely despises playing from 0, but not a single time was I thinking about raging at this level. Even if I hadn't fluke it from 47, I would still have had a blast playing it.
Thank you nasgubb from the bottom of my heart for creating such a beautiful masterpiece, and thank you for making my life a bit better.

I really, really like your levels. You always seemed to continually experiment with gameplay or design in every level you made, and that's what made me able to remember your levels so fondly over the hundreds of others I've seen and played, all of them had a unique identity.

Thank you for such an amazing work of art. I love this level. I am working on beating it. It's gonna take a while but the whole time I practice I am constantly having my mind blown in new ways seeing the brilliant level of quality and finish on display in this level. Everything is so polished and seamless. Effects are magnificent. Gameplay is fantastic. I've played this game since the beginning. Played a lot of levels. This is definitely my favorite of all time. Right? Everything fits together so nicely, probably one of the most cohesive levels I've ever seen, and it's so nice to see ideas developed upon during the entire level, than all the other generic levels that just throws ideas at you for 3 seconds and then goes on to the next.

i remember having loads of fun playing your easy demons back in 2.0 and i always missed seeing your name in the featured section, especially with all the sterile crap that's being pumped out nowadays. this is such a fantastic level and a perfect sendoff to your time creating even if i wish you would never ever stop. i hope your 3d modelling stuff gets as much attention as your levels do!!!
